Worst ever experience of my life booked ticket was traveling to see parents who not well for Eid festival but they lied, cheated, I don't know how can people like them in this world they ruined everything made upset my whole family who was waiting on the other end take my money booked way in advance 2 weeks never received e tickets all liars veryday new story new excuse 2 days before they asked pay £1000 more but unfortunately still waiting for refund they all fraud sitting online playing with people feelings and keeping your money for no reason going to complain file a official case to police and get my refund as everyday I call no response no reply really wish never gone through all this they all Indian cheater hiding their ids cheryl,damon,etc vogue travel house, ezeeflights, traveljockey they all same all positive feedbacks are FAKE.
I hate them I curse them everyday hopefully they will get what they deserve and how they treat people

Bought 2 tickets before Covid 19 but only to be told airlines have cancelled the tickets on March 14.
Until now hundred emails and phone calls,only one Manager who is avoiding all emails and phone calls till to-date. Better to be very careful next time.I am tired of trying to contact on a daily basis. No reply at all and only god knows what is going to happen to money.

BIG SCAM
This is a big scam In travel business they sell online and once you purchased your tickets they email you and say to call, when you call they quote you a higher price saying the cheaper airline fare is sold out. Once you agree to the price and dates they take your payment and dont send you confirmation receipt of payment or etickets. So called again and said the flights are not scheduled on the date we are due to fly out. Then asked if we could go 2 days earlier I said yes provide etickets please. Guess what no etickets. So phoned again now saying can you go 2 days later than the original date booked. Agreed again once they promised confirmation and said etickets will arrive in 48 hours 72 hours later no etickets phoned them again and they are too busy to speak to me. Got hold with another agent who advised the manager Sam said etickets will arrive 6pm latest guaranteed. 6pm no etickets. Phoned them again and keep getting excuses. Now they're are telling me to wait 2-3 hours. Please avoid Sam, Rachael who will feed you false promises. These positive reviews are not authentic I can assure you.
Please be careful before you pay.

This is the second time we have used Travel Jockey and our adviser Paul has again provided us the best deal and service. Looking forward to booking with them for our next trip.

They are scammers....I booked my tickets to india last year 2020...bcoz of covid restrictions not able to fly..ive been told I can fly with the same tickets next year ...when this year again bcoz of covid restrictions I was not able to fly..I ask for refund in February which till date not getting sorted out...everyone I contact them I've been told I'm waiting for email from my refund department....please stay away from them...they r the biggest fraudsters.

Bryan Adams is very comparative and try to accommodate as much as he do, he try’s to give minimum fare.

Traveljocky appear to be very good at communicating when they are chasing you to book with them. Once they receive payment you are constantly having to chase them for your ticket. Each day it was one excuse after another, at one point I was provided with a false e-ticket (which did not contain a passenger number). They have no fixed office and operate under Ezee flights.

I had an issue with adding additional luggage due to an error with my itinerary. I flagged this up with Traveljocky and the respective airline and Traveljocky were advised to contact a branch of the airline team to amend my itinerary. Michael (a travel agent at Traveljocky) claimed the airline did not know what they were talking about and assured me in writing that should I be charged at the airport he would ensure I was reimbursed. As I suspected would be the case I was charged £177 for my additional bag which would have been £88 if the error was corrected. I have sent emails and called repeatedly but keep being passed around and told he is out of office or in a meeting. I would NOT advise anyone to book with them and I doubt the authenticity of these positive reviews.

Don’t do it to yourself. I decided to book with ezee flights - this is the same company as travel jockey to a trip to Ghana. Damon failed to provide us our tickets for 2 months. Advising us it was a glitch in the system. He continually purposely made mistakes like making the booking and adding his name or his colleagues, and when we asked for changes he said the office was closed - however we were able to go in from the booking number and change it to our.

I had to call my bank, and the airline TAP Portugal to make notes on this account to prevent them from cancelling the flight as they only have to pay a £30 fee.

Did we fly to Ghana? Yes. Was it due to Damon? No ... we had the fraud department and TAP Portugal working with us to prevent this flight from being cancelled.

Btw they ask you to write positive reviews once they send the first fraudulent ticket. Don’t believe the lies people. Don’t believe the lies!

Just don’t do it.

When I search online it was the best price but after I bought my Economy Ticket they ask for more money that i have search for that I paid. The next day they ask for more money for baggage allowance and I have said no because I was worrying and I know that for an economy tickets the baggage allowance is included! At the end I purchase a "Discounted ticket" this wasn't disclosed by the travel Agent Luke and that I never heard before this that just allow me 10 kilos of hand luggage for a Family Christmas reunion!!!
Very bad company .... I think they are scam....very disappointed!
I have to buy my 23 kilos allowance separately and cost me a fortune.

This is our second time as a family using travel jockey and they have not disappointed us.

Travel jockey not only operate under this name. They also operate under Ezee flights and Vogue Travel house. They are all based at 18 Stoke Road Slough, UK. Look them up and please read the reviews. What they didn't know was that I work around the corner from this building and when I did not receive my tickets, I went there to find out what is happening. The building was in complete darkness and bolted shut with a huge padlock. Nobody had been in this building for months. However they insisted that this is where there offices are at. Thereafter, whenever I asked for their address, they would not give it to me again. This is when I knew they were scamming me out of my money. They issued me with tickets that was cancelled the very next day. They then blamed it on a technical error by the airline. The airline denies this and confirms that the tickets were cancelled by the travel agent. I eventually asked for my money back after just about going through every emotion possible from talking nicely to yelling, anger swearing, crying, begging, pleading. They accused me of being impatient for not waiting for my tickets, which at this time, was 3 weeks overdue.I was so shocked when I finally saw my money back in my account. I thought I had lost it forever. I must be the lucky one. However my holiday was ruined and I didn't get to go anywhere because of the late cancellation. SO DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Bad service. I got over 10 missed calls from them on one day hounding me to buy the ticket. When I bought the ticket the service was just so terrible. It took 4 days for me to get my ticket after calling them twice a day just to ask for updates! Plus the price they initially advertised wasn't the price and I was asked to pay more on 2 different occasions.

Very good service from travel Jockey team, special mention to Remus Parker who was very efficient and made sure I get the best flight with good fare. This was the first time I was booking through travel jockey team , was bit hesitant but to my surprise they really made me happy by giving me the good deal on tickets.
