Not great so far, having spent £1000's on the platform. It's not the fact a fake watch was brought through the platform its the way its been handled lack of support on the whole. Watch comfirmed as fake weeks ago, yet no Support. Hopefully we get somewhere today!

The-Saleroom.com are an extraordinary outfit, they have top level service, ask a question, even a silly one, and they will help. As a small auction house in the UK, we gain global exposure with the-saleroom, and the process couldn't be easier. We also appreciate all of the help that has been offered implementing custom solutions to auctioneering, even for things such as formatting csv files etc. If you're embarking on Auctioneering, being on the-saleroom is a must. They are growing their online presence all of the time, and we notice that with the increase in user registrations from all over the globe. Good job Saleroom, keep going!

No Help
I am unable to bid for items as the bid button says I am not logged in, even though I am. When I try to log in it says my email address is unknown, even though they have used it to register me for the sale and I have been approved to bid. Be aware that if you use this site there may be people wanting to pay more money for your items but just can't. I can find no way to get any help other directed to online articles. How may like me are there who want to buy your stuff but just can't?
