Paid £68.99 for a doll, when received tracking details it stated that the parcel was from Ali Express. Found the exact same doll on Ali Express website for £19.39. So basically they order a doll from Ali Express to your address and charge you more than three times the price. Also waited over a month for delivery and still yet to receive a reply back to my emails querying the delivery time. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Wow best quality doll ever . This is the second doll we have had from here and my daughter is in love with it . We ordered the meadow doll and the attention to detail is amazing

If I could I wouldn’t have awarded it any stars but unfortunately this is not an option, I ordered Ophelia and when it arrived what can I say it’s a cheap Chinese import and doesn’t resemble anything like the picture. It arrives in a bag no box and is so cheap looking I wouldn’t even pay £20.00 for it, I have sent numerous emails and Txt messages and called the shop but to no avail the customer service is absolutely shocking they do not reply as I have requested a refund although they are very active on Facebook . Please do not order from this company they are scammers who have taken money from me and in return I have a doll that is of no use unable to return due to no return details with products and they just ignore all phone calls emails. I have now reported to trading standards.. Beware do not use this company they are just out to rip you off and take money and send you absolute tat!!

I was sent the wrong item. A doll I could have got for half the price from shein was sent. The company completely ignored me when I raised this.

I ordered the toddler doll Ariella for my Daughters birthday which cost £74.99. When it arrived I thought the package was too small but opened it to discover the dolls had arrived unmade the package contained arms, legs the head and the body which was not stuffed or filled all disconnected plus no clothing or dummy. I was really disapppointed as this was my daughter’s main birthday present she had been asking for. I immediately contacted The tots Doll co via both email and direct message on face book and have received no response. However they have been very active on social media. I have brought two baby dolls previously from here and they have been really good quality and what was stated on the website. I even suggested this seller to family and friends however I have informed them all now to look else where as the customer service is appalling and unfortunately my daughters birthday present was ruined.

Received a doll I paid £60 rep £75 but had a code the doll arrived un assembled with no stuffing to stuff the body to even begin to put together myself. Contacted via email and multiple platforms with no reply. Want to return my item but no return information is provided with the item or online and no one replies to messages utterly unacceptable customer service would never use this company again

Emailed and asked rough delivery date and was told roughly 14 working days. Ordered on June 5th, it's now July 2nd and I'm just being ignored despite the company still posting new posts on Facebook! Have emailed and they claim they 'haven't received'. I've been given no tracking number whatsoever, messaged on Facebook and get short blunt answers. Now messaged 8+ times over 2 days and been completely ignored. If I get no response I will have to contact trading standards as this is disgusting, it's not pennies that has been spent they're fairly expensive. Service is atrocious.

Would highly recommend. Amazing quality products and lovely customer service. I will definitely be back to purchase another doll in the future.

Purchased baby Lewi doll but received a female doll with boy birthlines, (Lonian) arrived in a plasic bag. Have been in communications with Olivia since November until 30th January 2024. Have sent 5 messages since the 30th January and received no response. I dont think this is any way to run a business. i think i have been more than patient. Would NOT reccommend!

Absolutely shocking experience with this company, The Tots Clothing Company, recently rebranded to The Tots Doll Co. I ordered in October 2023 and to this date, have not received anything, doll or refund, despite spending a significant amount of time being patient and chasing Olivia Hunt/Priestley, the owner. Instead I've been told that I need to wait and that she "works hard" (as if no one else does). At this point I've reported her to Trading Standards and I don't honestly know how she can sleep at night knowing she's effectively now stolen money from another mother. It's tough times financially for everyone these days and she gives other small businesses a bad name. Kicking myself for trusting in her and this "business". I hope karma comes.

Was debating ordering two dolls for my daughters for Christmas, unfortunately I debated too long and when I messaged this company on Facebook they told me they would not arrive on time for Christmas. I orderd anyway because I knew my kids would love them. The wait was 100% worth it. Beautiful dolls and an excellent service. Always quick to reply and helped me out when needed. Great service will definitely be recommending. Thank you so much

Ordered a beautiful doll (Meadow) for my little girl for Christmas, She absolutely loved it. Unfortunately once she had played with it for a while I noticed a small issue with it. I messaged the company and got an immediate response- despite it being Boxing day! I was extremely impressed. The lovely lady was unable to offer me an exchange as it had been played with but instead she offered me another alternative which we were delighted with. Would definitely recommend this company.

My experience of this company was amazing! The shipping was super fast. It arrived just in time for Christmas even though I ordered late. I spoke to the owner who was more than happy to help with tracking the parcel. When the dolls arrived they were well packaged and looked exactly like the one in the picture. They made my girls Christmas. They have already decided which ones they would like for their birthdays! I will definitely be buying from this platform again in the future.

Doll came in a plastic bag ,unprotected, not a box like it should,wrapped in cellophane.Paintwork is not the best ,could clean up better and pay attention to detail more. This was a Xmas present for my "baby" loving 4 year old which she was over the moon with until the head randomly came off,no it wasn't heavy handed and was VERY looked after. I commented under the sellers Facebook post and my comments were removed ,along with other people's negative comments. She did message me on messenger, but was rude and not even a sorry ,straight away said "must've been done by force " . Stay away from this company ! Dolls not even that nice tbh ,looks much better in pics than reality, ,cheap materials used hence all the "amazing sales " she offers. there are far better companies around save your hard earned cash
