My daughter absolutely LOVED her doll. Thank you, ill be back!

One of the items went missing that I ordered last week of November - never arrived. I have been chasing for a refund for almost 3 weeks now. Seller ignoring my messages and comments, replying to others. Said they would refund me but it’s now 8 days later and haven’t heard since! Would never use this company again. Which is a huge shame as I did receive the doll which was lovely, but the lack of customer service and compassion to say this company sells toys for children but doesn’t mind taking their money and not refunding when it doesn’t arrive! I will be taking this further if I do not receive the refund. I have been more than kind, fair and patient.

Absolutely delighted with my purchase from this company, I got baby amelia for my daughter and she arrived this week just in time for Xmas. She is perfect and the exact same as the pictures I cannot wait to see my daughters reaction Xmas morning. Highly recommend and such a great price aswell considering some of the re born dolls can cost anywhere up to 300euro. Also they kept in contact with me throughout to put my mind at ease and let me know wher and when doll was arriving.

Ordered a small full silicone doll for my daughter for Christmas. I was a little worried about receiving it in time for Christmas and receiving what I ordered inthe pictures from reading others reviews. But the communication between me and the seller was great, ensured me I would receive before Christmas.
It arrived before the stated time and the doll is a lovely little one for the price as full silicones are hard to get hold of at a reasonable price for a child’s present.

Ordered the Henry doll. It looks exactly like the pictures. I was nervous after reading negative reviews and comments. Delivery did take a little time, ordered on 24th November received it on 12th December but that wasn’t a problem for me. It was still within the 14 working days I was advised at the time of ordering. Had to give 5* as the doll itself is perfect, good value for money and the customer service has been great.

Dolls arrived well packaged and on time! So happy with them I’m going to have happy girls on Christmas, I did panic as I seen a lady leave a bad review saying this company was a scam! So glad I didn’t listen as the dolls arrived and are lovely I’m really happy thank you so much, will be ordering again! Xx

Very happy with my monkey doll,lovely soft body,and great realistic features...took one month from order date to finally arrive ,i did get a satisfactory answer when enquiring each time at the delay in being delivered .
I would of given 5 stars ,but Royal mail let it down by not keeping me informed on the shipping process as to my orders whereabouts once it left the factory,and then the postman left it on my doorstep at 6pm ,with all of our house lit up outside for xmas,with clearly no one home ,never knocked on any neighbours doors or put it in my safe place.. i got home at 9pm,it came on the 6th dec,was informed it was arriving on the 7th when someone was home all day,so i never left a note ,so let down by royal mail,have complained to RM

Scammers took my money never sent my doll then was rude and blocked me

I ordered a doll for my little girl from here and have ordered a few other things such as clothing and swim stuff in the summer there customer service is amazing always reply quickly if you have any queries and the delivery was fast everything was as perfect as they said and the quality is insane would definatley recommend this company there brilliant ❤️

I made an order based on the photographs I had seen, I get things in person don’t always look like the pictures and was a little scared they might not be very good however I am absolutely over the moon with the dolls - feel so real and look amazing - I am so happy with my purchase and can’t wait to see my daughters face on Christmas morning!! Ordered my Daughter a Reborn Baby Girl Doll for Christmas off this Company which she had asked for from Santa, Very Good Customer Service any questions was replied back too quickly, Delivery was only a Few Weeks and the fact you could put it through Clearpay was Fantastic aswell 😁🎁🎄🎅 So many Beautiful Dolls but my Daughter seen Isobelle and wanted her and when she arrived she looks exactly how she looked on the Website ❤️🥰😁 Will have a Very Happy Girl Christmas Morning xxx

When I seen my friends order of William I went straight on the page and ordered Henry for my little girl for Christmas. Can't wait to see her face, she just loves dolls. They are so realistic I find myself nursing him when showing it of to family.

My experience with this company has been more than pleasant, ordered 5 different items from themselves after Receiving the first reborn Amelie for my daughter 6th birthday. I feel in love with her never mind my daughter lol. She never has her out of her hands. I went on to order princess, William 2 mini suzie dolls and a mini Yorkshire dog all for Christmas!! When I needed help with anything or sizes the girl was more than helpful on the Facebook messages on what was the best size for my needs. I will be ordering more when It comes back round to birthdays..

These dolls are brilliant I ordered Henry for my daughter in October arrived 16 days later he is exactly the same as the photo so happy with my order.great service always messages back whenive questions on delivery also get tracking number so can track your order..will definitely be ordering again.

We ordered a doll for my daughters Christmas. Because it was a busy period for Christmas orders I was made aware delivery may be longer than usual. Which it wasn’t ! The doll came within 10 working days and it’s beautiful so lifelike and such good quality.
I had a few questions which I messaged about and got an answer within the hour even at the weekend which was great and reassuring. Thank you !! Would defo recommend and order again as my daughter now wants one for her birthday too in February ❤️

Brought four reborn doll and they are absolutely gorgeous. Found them on Facebook took about 14 days to receive them from went they got sent. Brilliant communication throughout. Thank you so much I will have 2 very happy girls Christmas morning
