Ordered my doll and received tracking details less than 24 hours after, received the doll 4 days after ordering it, I'm so happy with it and Ino my daughter is gunna love it, fantastic quality and bang same as the pictures shown, even ordered a 2nd one today for my other daughter and no doubt I will be ordering again Thankyou! Xx

Received the most beautiful doll ! was exactly as seen in picture and arrived on time . My daughter will just love it on Christmas 😁

These dolls are gorgeous, so nice I have bought my daughter another 2 for Xmas. Highly recommend.

SCAM TOOK MONEY BLOCKED FACEBOOK AFTER IGNORING MESSAGES , comments on posts and recieved no doll or money back SCAM

Dolls from China which isn’t stated on website ! Raised a dispute with bank as I hadn’t received the dolls after 14 days when I did receive dolls I cancelled dispute and now trying to threaten me with debt collectors when they have had the money 😂

I was asked to send money via bank transfer. Sent money and shipping was told my doll was now out of stock so had to order a different one via website with code free which didn’t work. Finally after three days got it to work but had to pay shipping again. Doll hasn’t arrived been 3 weeks. Do not use them!

Placed order in October said 14days ; couldn't get tracking info and when I messaged them I was told my doll was stuck at customs.....I thought it was coming from Leeds , when I've looked further I've found most of the products on amazon and ali express for half the price I paid. my order has eventually arrived and isn't bad but the company wernt helpful or honest with me and when I've pulled them up on this I've been blocked from the page anybody that leaves a negative comment gets removed so that people aren't aware it's just wrong

Ordered pjs at the very start of august, wrong ones came so sent back.
Was told to re order through the website with the code “free” which didn’t work until i hassled and hassled! Then had to pay for shopping AGAIN! so double shipping even though SHE sent the wrong ones. I still haven’t got the right ones and it’s been over 3 months ….

Ordered school uniform beginning of august and I am still waiting for my delivery. I have been waiting on my refund after they marked as “delivered” in September which is still over 4 weeks later after not even sending it in the first place I have messaged them on loads of occasions and been told that the clothes were out for delivery then to be told the order wasn’t placed. I have been told a lot of conflicting information but now I have had no respons despite numerous attempts

I ordered from them on 9th July still nothing arrived I was told they were going out this week I understood that she had been inundated with orders and I gave the benefit of the doubt but I've just had a massage from another lady who's also ordered over 2 months ago and had nothing and she's getting no reply so I'm now thinking this company is scamming people if I'm wrong I am willing to apologise and take this review down but the fact that me and another lady have both been told the exact same thing and we both havnt received our items tells me they are ripping people off.
