This company is using Royal Mail

This company is using Royal Mail
Royal Mail is completely careless, they claimed that they tried to deliver on 7th and the 8th, I was at home, they didn't come and they didn't leave a card. No communication at all, I kept trying to contact on the app, took me hours, they have the guts to let you know that waiting time for a telephone call is over 60 minutes. I waisted 8 days of frustration and waiting at home. I wouldn't use any company using Royal Mail, they aren't Royal and they don't deliver and they accept employing people that don't say the truth.

Poor Customer Service

My watch was delivered to the wrong address by the courier. Unfortunately, The Watch Studio made no effort to assist me in filing a complaint with the courier and dismissed all of my email correspondence. The incorrect delivery occurred in early December, and to date, I have still not received a refund.
