Sean and Sam were fantastic! They arrived right on time, super friendly and professional. They got our French doors installed quickly and did a really tidy job — even cleaned up everything before they left. Great service at a fair price, and the company replies fast too. Highly recommend!

Another fantastic job and great service from The Window Co. Our kitchen sliding door was getting stuck and needed a new track. We thought it would mean a whole new door but Wayne and Dean managed to find parts for us and saved us the cost of a new door!

We chose The Window Co to fit new patio doors and a window in our kitchen diner based on the many positive reviews they've recieved. Unfortunately, our experience with them was less than ideal.

We're very pleased with the doors, but, shortly after the window was installed, we noticed extensive scratching on both the window frame and the glass. The Window Co were very apologetic and sent out someone to repair the frame, and also to install new glass. But as soon as the second glass was installed, the fitter noticed a huge scratch.

While we understand that sometimes mistakes/issues happen, we expected additional inspection and care would be taken with the second glass given what happened with the first. Clearly this wasn't the case, and that was frustrating.

The third glass has now been installed and looks great. We're just annoyed by the amount of inconvenience required to get there!

Very efficient, clean and tidy. Above and beyond with care and attention. Fitters excellent - especially Dean, who solved a small problem for us. Would highly recommend. Thank you

This is the second time I have used The Window Company and wouldn't go anywhere else for doors/windows. Had my new back door fitted yesterday - only tricky bit was selecting my choice as they have a wide range of high quality doors. Great workmanship and Sam who fitted the door was professional, polite and did an excellent job. Great customer service too and would highly recommend them.

I had my front door and bay window installed.
The 3 installers Darren, Sam and Alan did an excellent job.
They arrived as expected. Put dust sheets down and did the job in 1 day.
The quality of the work is really good and they cleaned up afterwards making sure no marks were left on the floor. Even brought a hoover with them.
They took all the debris back and left the front garden immaculate.
I would be coming back to the company for my other door and windows.
