We recently had new French doors fitted and were extremely pleased with the service received. The fitters were polite, friendly and did a great job.

The Window Company have done a superb job from start to finish. A very professional company to deal with. They have done an excellent job for us. The doors are excellent quality and look fantastic. No mess and a full clean up at the end.
Had a couple of small issues after installation - these were dealt with and fixed very quickly - so pleased with their response - very customer focussed.
Special thanks to Steve and Jacob for arranging the follow up visit and to 2 excellent fitters Lewis and Taylor for doing such a great job.

Had help in choosing right window for me. Surveyor visited my home to go through everything and ensure it was what I wanted. Bit of delay with fitting the window but fitter did a great job and took all rubbish away. Really pleased with result

Very happy with new pvc french doors from The Window Co. The service was excellent from the first meeting at the store on Chester Road, through the survey and fitting. Really helpful advice and clear pricing and information to help make the decision, and quick and punctual with all communication and site visits. On the day, Adam and Lewis did an outstanding job, working very carefully to ensure an excellent fitting and very clean and tidy throughout. They took a lot of care to make good all the edges and leave a really neat finish. The door is exactly what we wanted. Will definitely use again for any new or replacement windows.

The Window Company was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I had some concerns about changing all the windows on our house. It’s a big commitment and it’s not something you want to get wrong. Having the right product and the right outcomes and the right service and the right follow up is critical. I have to say, I found The Window Company did not disappoint, the appraisal of what could be done was very honest and their execution was outstanding. Also impressed me was that they detected some minor fault in a couple of units when on site , they immediately alerted their manufacturer to replace it, which I thought was very honest of them , I would highly recommend them to anyone who was thinking of having a major change in their home we opted for triple glazing to try and make our home as efficient as possible. Great communication
On all advertising there were images and names of the staff members so you felt you were dealing with people. Felt valued as a customer and the staff members were friendly but always professional. The work was completed and there was not a speck of dust and the fitters were efficient at all times.

Extremely happy with every single aspect of this company. Would highly recommend! From the outset every member of the team has been helpful and friendly. I’d like to particularly mention Sally and Paul for their excellent customer service. Adam and Andy are excellent fitters and their precision for detail is tremendous. Nothing was too much trouble to them and they went over and above by helping to sort an issue I had with an existing door fitting. The quality of the work has been outstanding and we would definitely use this company again.

Windows fitted well and on time.

We are a block management company and have used The Window Company for all our communal installations, both windows and doors. Seemless operation from start to finish, excellent product and the team are nothing more than supberb. The service I received from start to finish was excellent. My initial call for a replacement door was dealt with professionally and sales representative came round within a couple of days. Surveyor arrived a couple of weeks later to measure up and advised approximately 6 weeks for installation. I received a call after 4 weeks and were able to accommodate my work shifts to install. On the daythe fitters arrived on time very friendly and efficient. Completed the job quickly and left the place clean and tidy. The quality of the the workmanship is excellent and I would highly recommend The Window Company to anyone.

Replaced front door and frame, from start to finish brilliant job,no mess really done a great job from office, surveyor,to fitter could not have been done better. Would highly recommend.

Window company replaced all our windows including encapsulating the original stained glass. Results are fantastic. Work was carried out with minimum disruption and with great care.
