The team fitted our new door and internal glazing really skilled friendly no nonsense guys . Recycled our old stain glass and the result is breathtaking. We are really pleased with the final result. Prof Goldring & I agree 10/10 would be a accurate score thanks Matt Adam Sean & Sam

We visited The Window Co after receiving recommendations from family & neighbours who had used their services. From the moment we completed the request for a quote & spoke with Steve, we have had excellent service.
We called into the showroom to look at the options and decided to place an order for a new front door including side panels. A member of the team called to take precise measurements & we were advised of a 4-6 week window for manufacture & fitting.
I received a call from Angela offering us a fitting exactly 4 weeks after the order was made. We were given an afternoon time slot.
The team arrived on time and fitted the door & panels within 4 1/2 hours. They left the area clean & tidy.
We are extremely pleased with the door & the service we received.

The Window Co. replaced all of our windows and doors 5 years ago and did an excellent job.
Recently a large bird flew into our bedroom window and smashed the outer pain of glass. The Window company still had the measurements on file so were able to order a new sealed unit to be made straight away. I was advised that this would be ready to install in 7 to 10 days. Angela contacted me as soon as the unit was ready and arranged for it to be fitted the same day. A gentleman arrived that afternoon and installed the new unit with no mess at all.
I would highly recommend The Window Company. Good quality and excellent service.

I’d never had my windows replaced before, and was nervous about choosing the right company to get all of our windows, french doors and back door replaced. I can say now that choosing The Window Co was the best decision we could have made, not only were they the cheapest quote we received, the quality of the work they’ve done is outstanding - I couldn’t be happier with the result, the finish is excellent, and the attention to detail is very impressive. Nev & Alan were lovely to deal with and take real pride in their work, kept me informed throughout, cleaned up after themselves thoroughly, and helped me out with a couple of bits around the house that needed doing even though they didn’t need to. Steve did a great job replacing our bay window roof which had been leaking. On top of all of that, they also worked through two days of sleet and snow to get the job finished on time.

If I ever need any work doing on my windows or doors, I wouldn’t even consider anyone else - quality work like this makes me a customer for life.

I have known of The Window Co for some time and it became time that we needed to replace our front door. I didn't contact any other company as I knew the following would happen.

They provide high quality products.
When they say the surveyor will turn up at 9.30 am at the earliest opportunity date - he did
When we got the call to say the install team would be coming between 9 - 9.30 they were there at 9.15.
Chris and Sam were incredibly polite and took real pride in their work and left the area they were working in tidier than when they started.
The door we chose looks brilliant and is definitely so much more solid than the one we had.

After having such a nightmare with moving in to my new home and having people let me down, I was recommended The Window Co by my mum. We contacted The Window Company initially for repairs to our porch and 2 windows. Due to the excellent service we received, we then asked them to complete re-masticing all the windows internally and externally that needed doing.
They came on the day they said, at the time they said, they stayed all day - we couldn’t fault them at all including the excellent quality of the job.
Furthermore, the service we have received from Wayne and the fitters Chris and Sam, has been outstanding and we have no hesitation in recommending The Window Company.

Recommended by a friend. Great experience from first contact to installation - both by the office & fitting team. Did get a quote from another supplier & the Window Company wasn’t the cheapest but was hands-down more professional from the start, offered the right guarantees, & I felt I could trust them to do a great job. Absolutely worth it - whole house done in a couple of days, excellent finish & very little cleaning up required after. All with zero biscuit consumption!

After generally positive feedback from others I got in touch with them for a quote. They called me back and sounded eager for the work until I informed them I wanted one window and frame replacing at which point they told me they were too busy for such a small job. Maybe they should update their website so people like myself are not left misinformed. When I do come to need the rest of the windows on the house replacing I won't be using them.

We chose The Window Co as they were local and recommended to us by our builder. They visited and provided a comprehensive quote. We paid a deposit and arranged a date ( several weeks later as they were busy) for the surveyor to call round. Installation would be about 6 weeks after the surveyors visit, but in fact this was earlier. It took the fitters 2 days to install 2 bay windows and a bedroom window. The fitters were very pleasant and gave us after care advice. There was minimal mess which the fitters hoovered and brushed up. We were very happy with the lady we dealt with in the office and with the fitters. Thank you The Window Co

It was the first time I used The Window Co for replacing most of my windows. As I see their vans quite often in my local area Sale so I guess they must be good one and of course there is no doubt. Special thanks to the fitting team Matt and Adam who are excellent! They are friendly, clean, punctual, reliable and professional. I am very happy for the work and highly recommend this company!

Window company were absolutely great. Sales team kept me informed all the way through the process. Installation was a really professional team, friendly and courteous service. Was expecting a bit of mess but they left it absolutely spotless. Very impressed
