Very impresseed with the service! 5 star

I purchased a car from an AA certified seller, car seller sold me a defective car, the seller refused to repair the car so I complained to the AA, after they also failed to get a response from this unscrupulous dealer they informed me that the seller and the AA were no longer associated so they could not help and dropped me like a hot stone. So much for approved sellers. WHAT A JOKE.
Had a call from the AA, really nice young lady who unfortunately could not provide details on why the seller "HKM Devon car sales" is no longer an approved dealer but I can only assume that the dealer is so poor the AA no longer wish to be associated with such a poor business. Three cheers to the AA for trying their best.

Hayley was very helpful during my dispute that I had with a car dealer, which has now been resolved. I was kept constantly updated through emails and phone calls about what was happening which is very much appreciated.

I contacted the AA when I was having problems with a car dealership, as a car I had bought from them had a fault and it was taking far too long to sort out. The AA acted as mediators between myself and the dealers, as I felt I was getting nowhere. The two people I dealt with understood my concerns, and were very helpful. They contacted the dealers regularly, always passed on my comments to them and informed me of their responses. Every phone call was followed up with an email detailing our conversation. I now have an appointment with the dealer to fix the car. I feel that, without AAs help, I may never have had my problem sorted, and I cannot speak highly enough of them - very friendly, understanding and helpful. Thank you!

From the Start Hayley Mills was a great help in sorting what was required. Having then past to Mediator ? Took up the case personally and a result that was expected came about. Very patient and helpful Great I was able to use the Affiliation offered.

Though we recently unfortunately had to deal with the mediation team, The service that was provided was exceptional and non biased.
Specific shout out for Lauren who was at all time professional and worked with both parties needs at the forefront.

Very very bad backing companys that are sellimg multiple dangerous and broken cars

Unfortunately I learnt the hard way that even a very well known brand like the AA actually work and advertise with dodgy Car dealers such as like RS Motors Nottingham 79 Duke Street .

This dealer who the AA deal with sells bad and dodgy cars, with a lot of negative reviews but the AA contuine to work and finance them too. So I assume they really don't care what the car dealers they work and operate with as long as the can get you on a Car finance agreement.

For sure a big brand like the AA to risk the good name just for a couple of ££££s is super crazy but I guess this is the deal with most organisations nowadays.

The AA do a fabulous job for us, inspecting all of our cars prior to sale. Special mentions to Jacque, Sean and Sam for the inspections and Neeta for making sure it all runs smoothly.

Vicki went the extra mile to help me recover costs, even helping me with a challenging situation to transport the car to the dealer.

Vicki was helpful and communicated regularly by phone and email.

Of course you don't want to have to get a refund on your car but this service really helped when I was struggling to get any communication from the dealer at all.

I had a dedicated person Hayley Mills who was exceptional, thorough and kept me well informed. Things are still ongoing with the dealership as they are extremely unprofessional though I must say the AA have most definetely been helpful.

Vicki listened attentively during our initial conversation allowing me to explain the reasons for my complaint. It took a while as there was lots to complain about.
She updated me regularly on progress (or lack thereof) after discussions with the Easicars. Communication was both emails & phone calls.
Vicki was empathetic but professional at all times.
It was a pleasure dealing with vicki, she is a credit to AA cars.

The AA service was excellent and very professional. Victoria Greenwood took excellent care of this case and made sure we had a satisfactory response.

I looked for an AA approved dealer as it’s a well known brand and I thought behind that brand there was substance - standards and safety.

The car turned out to be a dud - rusted and defective. The seller did not even inspect it - or did and sold it knowingly with issues.

AA is of no help because even though it was an AA dealer at the time and they still do sell AA warranty(which is also terrible) - they do not work with him and cannot offer any help…

Staying away from AA branding.
