Great product and service
We had a question about one part of the form so I called the helpline - the person we spoke to was very helpful and sorted out our application form efficiently. We were very pleased with the service and chose the AA because the price was almost half what we had been quoted by our previous insurer.

We called AA car insurance to start a new policy for our Audi Q2 and were dealt with by a very patient and empathetic chap called Liam Dickson. He explained the policy to us clearly, answered (stupid) questions about the policy from us without changing his demeanour, he remained patient and calm at all times, was very polite and extremely helpful

AA customer service hard to contact.
I don't like how quote can change drastically when a simple change is made online eg change start date by one day. My quote was £30 dearer and no way of getting AA to help.
