It had been nearly 27 years since we last moved and so so many things had changed, to be honest there were some sizeable bumps along the way but through it all Claire Lea was by our side - helping, advising, liaising with all parties and working tirelessly to get the sale through to completion - she even offered to help with the packing etc. on the actual moving day!!
We can’t sing Claire’s praises enough but suffice to say if you’re looking to sell your property or just need some advice on strategies etc. please get in touch with Claire, you won’t be disappointed and she certainly won’t let you down.

We recently bought our home through The Agency UK (TAUK), and although Stephen was representing the seller, his support throughout the process was fantastic.

He kept us updated constantly — calling and messaging regularly, even outside typical hours, to make sure everything stayed on track. He worked closely with our solicitors, answered every question promptly, and if he didn’t have an answer immediately, he quickly found out from the seller and came back to us the same day.

Stephen was proactive, professional, and genuinely friendly — nothing was ever too much trouble. We’d absolutely recommend him and would use TAUK ourselves in the future without hesitation.

Truly the best estate agent we’ve dealt with, from the very first viewing right through to the moment he met us at our new home and personally handed over the keys.

She has amazing communication answering us late at night that allowed us to secure a open house viewing and was so lovely making us feel welcomed at the viewing more like chatting to a friend than someone who just wants your money for a house!! Wonderful experience in selling our house

Lisa Gentry is simply the best estate agent we have used and was able to secure us several offers in our house where a big high chain could not. She is very likeable, knowledgeable and proactive and has kept us upto date throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her - she takes time for clients for viewings and has good intuition.

Following my last message about TAUK and my extremely bad experience with them I am writing again to warn people to be very careful when you are dealing with some of their agents which their actions reflects on the company.
What they did with me wasn't ethical.
They have zero ethics.
In the reply to my review TAUK has mentioned that I have said it is going to be a cash purchase (according to the agent).
That is not *true*
I don't remember receiving any email indicating that the property will remain on the rightmove site until the survey is done.
I will check this will the mortgage broker tomorrow.
On 1/10/25 I did send the agent all required info as was requested by him and a photo of my bank statement showing the balance and also in my reply to him I did mention that I will be getting a mortgage.
I have the email to prove it.
I think someone is not telling the truth and that someone is not me.

From first meeting Jonathan his enthusiasm and positivity shone through. He really gave me the impression that he wanted to sell my house. The housing market has been challenging this year and, despite accepting an offer within three weeks of my property going on to the market, the process took several more months to conclude. Throughout this time Jonathan kept in touch with updates and remained positive that we would get there in the end. In all, Jonathan helped to make the sale as painless as it could be and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Rich was a fantastic Agent. He went over and above and we genuinely had such a fantastic support in him and truly believe that he was an integral part of our very complex chain coming to fruition. Richard did absolutely everything he could to make sure everyone was on track and kept us updated throughout the process as he is available at all times on WhatsApp not just 9 to 5 Monday to Saturday. We instructed his wife as a solicitor as she does conveyancing and we couldn’t have asked for a better dream team. We would highly recommend Richard as an estate agent, you simply couldn’t ask for more.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Ross Clark, it was beneficial having the one point of contact, always answerable, got the job done, no procrastinations, very efficient and friendly too.

We decided to go with Jen Burden after using regular estate agents on previous moves, we’re so glad we did.
If you want a personal service from someone that only looks after a few properties, knows (and lives in) the local area and can actually give you the time, advice and help needed and responds quickly to questions then it is a no brainer to go with Jen.
We had a particularly difficult time with solicitors, Jen was always there to reassure, was always busy in the background working so hard to keep things moving, kept everyone informed and helped the process along.
Nothing was too much trouble for Jen, when we were stressing she kept us as grounded as possible and we can’t thank her enough.
Jen is so friendly and knowledgeable and would 100% use her again if we move in the future.
