We have had a superb experience with Tauk and specifically our agent Carol Gunn.
From the start where we invited her to come and see our home and talk about selling right through to ultimately selling our property, she guided us through the process and made it so much less stressful too.
I honestly don’t think we would have sold the house without Carol’s help and fresh approach.
She helped us make the house look more homely and inviting to optimise the number of viewings and the photos online really helped to emphasise the many areas of the house that would attract buyers.
Carol conducted all the viewings and was so approachable and also accessible when we needed to contact her

His social media content is unique and professional. We received weekly sales progress updates which helped to make our transaction stress free.

Mia Evan’s was absolutely amazing from the start, I messaged her late in the evening and she responded immediately and had my house photographed, up on the market, open house and sold within a week! I couldn’t recommend someone to sell your house enough! Or even to help you find your dream home. She is fast and responsive, funny and friendly.

I purchased a property through Sina and she was very helpful, efficient and professional. She made the purchase as straightforward and quick as possible and communicated with myself and the seller. She did weekly updates with the solicitors.

The photos and marketing were excellent – they really captured the best features of the house and helped it stand out online. I was kept fully updated about viewings and feedback, and I always felt they were doing everything possible to attract the right buyers. Part 2 – Support During Exchange
