15 days to processes order, 15 days to ship. Judging from the reviews I may never see the order. Customer service cited some small print disclaimer.

Received two shipments of the glass kitty wind chime because the first one was delayed and they reshipped. They told me to keep the other one instead. Customer service was very helpful and assuring. Now I have two for the price of one. Thanks a lot!

Got myself a hammock, smooth transaction there was a slight delay in the delivery though which I undertstand because of the Covid situation but its all good. Happy with the purchase!

Scam alert! Ordered my item going on 2.5 months ago. They sent me a bogus tracking number and am unable to reach them at customer service. Lesson learned.

Perfectly packed and arrived without a problem, better quality than expected. Bought it as a gift for my wife and she loved it! Loooks great on her kitchen.

Ordered a hammock bed for my dog and she was very happy with it as it kept her cool sleeping on it during the hot summer. I totally love the product! Delivery was quick. Will order again to give as gifts to my friends and relatives for their furbabies. They are gonna love it for sure.

SHIPPED FROM CHINA, NOT THE US as it states on website. It's been 2 months and did not receive 2 of the 4 items purchased; lost $140. Website states "Vendor Processing" for 2 months. Trying to request refund....

There was a slight defect on one of my orders but customer service was very helfpul and sent a replacement right away without waiting for the return of my first order! Excellent communication, excellent seller.

SCAM BUYER BEWARE! Over two months still no refund or item. Unable to call customer service the number online just sends you to voicemail no live agent. Emails are robotic. No help. Do not buy

Don’t buy anything from this website. They take forever to send a package. I still haven’t receives my package that I ordered over 2 months ago. I’ve contacted customer service several times and they come up with every excuse as to why they can’t give me a refund. Worst online shopping experience ever!!!!!’

I placed an order just about two months ago. It has yet to arrive. I have contacted the company since, requesting help with the address I provided. Not only were the responses extremely curt, but they basically said, "Yeah too bad for you"

If the people I have been in touch with worked at my company, they would be filing for unemployment Monday morning. Terrible customer service. I will not do business with this company again.

Ordered April 22,2020 STILL haven't received package. Can't track with the number given. Company seems unwilling to help. They are very curt in their replies.

My sister purchased a set of bowls for me on April 13th, received a shipment notification on April 21st, tracking states that the item has been in preshipment since April 30th. No movement on record after that. Response form client services is that they will replace the items purchased and resend a new package with extras. No new tracking number has been provided for said package. Honestly, please don’t shop here. I’m usually pretty patient about these things especially with our current circumstances but this whole operation seems fishy to me. Will update you if I ever receive my shipment.

This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever (not) done business with. I ordered an item. Waited over a month for it to arrive. I asked for a refund before it was shipped and they told me they couldn’t give me one.

When the item came it was not only the wrong item, but the invoice inside wasn’t correct. I emailed them and asked to return it, they told me to send it back. It cost me $15 to send it back and they have no intentions on reimbursing me. I shouldn’t have to pay to ship an item back that they made a mistake on. I’m still waiting for my refund. Buyers beware, this company is a total scam.
