Love this star and heart little light! It’s been perfect for my daughter’s nursery. Gives off just the right amount of light for the evening. Very adorable design, i might order another one.

I purchased two specialty "wine glasses." When they arrived they were shot glasses. They company refused to refund my money. I was offered less than half of what I paid as store credit. I asserted my right to return non-conforming goods, and the company refused to honor my return.

I ordered a Christmas lights set. One of the glass bottle was broken when I opened the box. The customer service was very nice and offered a replacement. The lights looks better than their website pictures.

This is a company to avoid. I placed an order over a month ago. I've received nothing but evasive emails (when they're in the mood) that make no attempt to address the issue. I am now trying to get a refund. If you receive an email from Jonna...ignore it. Her job is clearly to obfuscate.

Fun place to shop! I ordered a few things and I love them. I will be ordering again for Christmas presents.

The DIY book shelf is well made. I enjoyed assembling it. The only thing that I didn’t like is that it was shipped in two boxes in which I had to wait a while.

Apollo Box is awesome, shipping can take a while but my orders arrived in good condition and they even refunded the shipping fee.

Every products I ordered are in good quality. Eventhough the shipping is longer than I am used to, I love the products and I will order again.

I was frustrated because of a broken glass from my jar string lights however the customer service assisted me with the utmost patience. I just received the replacement and I am pleased with the product and satisfied with the service! I just placed another order.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order for which I was debited right away. 6 weeks later, the status of my order still said processing. I emailed them to request a cancellation of my order because it was taking too long. They responded they could NOT cancel because it was already in process and it would be delivered on the next Monday. A full week later, still nothing. I email them again asking where is my order. They responded: You asked for it to be cancelled, so we did... I checked and did indeed get refunded for the order, but what a poor poor customer service that was!!!!

I ordered an item in early July and they took my money right away. Yet it is now the end of September and I have nothing. On July 29th I wrote to customer service and complained and they said the items would ship "On Monday" which would have been August 3rd. They said I would receive an email with the shipping information. I have heard nothing from them since July 29th - no product, no email, no refund. I will be making a report to the Better Business Bureau, the attorney general of my state and my credit card company.

I gave it a 2 stars because although it took 2.5-3 months to receive my items, when I did, I loved them. I had given up assuming I was scammed. Emails went back and forth not resolving anything and then one day, items began showing up. So I don’t know...love the merchandise but don’t trust their shipping!

I love the summer wrap dress. Item as described and arrived on time.

4 star only since my Christmas string light arrived broken. I was initially pissed however they have superb customer service and they sent a replacement immediately. Thank you!

This is the second time I purchased with Apollo Box and I can see myself purchasing again. They have tons of products you can choose from. I personally love the earrings selections!
