Item came in a damaged box was not wrapped inside it had all come off the orange thing they talk about had been tampered with and it the coat stunk of pee bit strange experience from a company that is not the cheapest and the 20 percent code didn’t work

No money worth!!!!
I have purchased a Fur Parka back in 2019 before covid and not used at all in 2020.Used after one year in 2021 the material outside on pocket brocked ,also on the sides ,unfortunately no worth at all the money paid of 800£.
Don't buy this!!!

As always Arctic army never fail. Love my sons new coat. He starts seniors in September and he wanted an Arctic army coat as I have a few of them and my 2 youngest both have the bubble ones. He is so happy with it. Can not fault the service or anything with them. 5/5 definitely thank you again.

Do not buy from this site!!!! It was my 1st and last experience with them! I ordered and £400 coat and received and empty box! After countless emails back and forth I was told there was nothing they can do and the case was now closed!!! Absolutely discusting!!! This coat was for my daughter's 18th birthday and took my a while to save for and now I have no coat,no money and no help from this company,the customer service was heartless and cold and couldn't care less and didn't even once apologise for what had happened,I will never ever use this site again and recommend people think twice before doing so.

As stated in our email correspondence, we opened a full investigation with DHL, in which the driver was interviewed, CCTV footage was reviewed, and the weight of the package before delivery was checked. The weight at the time of delivery was 2kg, which is the correct weight, and proves that the item was in the box at the time of delivery. The investigation concluded that this order was delivered correctly and therefore we are unable to assist any further with this matter.
