Very pleased with the work. On time, tidy & careful. Wanted to sort my insulation out with the huge bills coming up, got a great quote with a detailed check of my loft requirements.

They were marginally more expensive that the other two quotes I got, but The Attic Guys stood out from the beginning with the thoroughness and clarity of their quotation. During the survey itself they explored the loft thoroughly, explained everything they were proposing to do and what benefits it would bring, and spent plenty of time getting to understand what I wanted to get from the job. All in all, done with great care and attention to detail.

The guys who actually did the job were great. They fitted a new loft hatch and ladder, laid down full boarding and installed new lighting. They were incredibly tidy, protecting the stairs and landing with dust sheets, and left the place spotless. Everything was finished by 2pm the same day with minimum noise and fuss. They took the time to explain how to manoeuvre the ladder and made sure I was happy before they left. It's certainly the lightest ladder I've ever had and as someone who hates going into the loft having the sunken step at the access point is a huge help!

The team in the back office were always prompt and clear in their responses to my questions and seemed to have a good understanding of the details of the job. They were very on the ball with their scheduling too and although very busy they phoned as soon as they had a job that finished early and slotted me in.

As far as I can tell so far it was a job really well done, and I'd thoroughly recommend The Attic Guys.

Delighted with the service and end product. Tom provided a quote and advice, and the guys that did the job were very efficient (full loft re-board and new hatch in 2 days) but very thorough, clean and the end result is excellent. Would recommend.

The experience end to end was great. A surveyor took the time to really look at the property and explain what, how and why they would do. It was quite educational and I didn't feel like I am being forced into a decision in any way (on the contrary).
The removal team admirably handled a very messy and dirty loft and the installation team left it a place I am now happy to go to.

The Attic Guys were happy to quote for our needs rather than try to impose a 'this is how we do it solution'. Result? We have the additional insulation we needed at a fraction of the quote from the best of the competition. The work was carried out at our convenience and the area left in a clean and tidy condition. No hesitation in recommending the Attic Guys!

These guys are unsurprisingly busy at the moment but i will say there work was carried out with total efficency, good humour and to a very high stanard. I am very happy with the work done.
They where also £1000 cheaper than other quotes !!

Professional, helpful, clean and reasonable price. Some of the best money I have ever spent as now I have room to store all our stuff and the attic is actually pleasant to be in and now my attic is properly insulated my house is so much warmer! Recommended

The Attic Guys did a very professional job on the insulation and boarding of my loft, as well as installing a ladder. The quote was fully costed and broken-down, so that I knew exactly what I was paying for. Other builders would not do this, and would just provide a rough figure that was more expensive without explaining the cost. I would definitely recommend The Attic Guys.

The Attic Guys worked very hard and completely cleared out our attic and laid down insulation, on one of the hottest days of the year so far, they were cheerful and professional and I would certainly recommend them without reservation.

We had a loft ladder installed by The Attic Guys about a year ago, and it was an excellent, quality job. More recently, we decided to have the loft properly insulated and floored, and this time a whole team turned up. They worked flat out over the day, and transformed a difficult loft space into something that is now vastly more usable. They cleaned up after themselves very thoroughly too. A great job, with excellent attention to detail and good value-for-money. Very happy - I can strongly recommend The Attic Guys.

It was completed with great efficiency and courtesy and I was surprised at how carefully the cleaning up was done when the work was completed.
