Beautiful wicker window box
The item arrived on time and well packaged. I was kept up to date at all points and I’m delighted with my wicker window box. Would definitely buy from this company again. This is my second purchase from them and their goods are solidly made to a high standard. The only slight issue I have is the window box is lined with black plastic but not sure how to ensure the plants have sufficient drainage. No doubt I’ll work it out.

On our order confirmations emails, we provide an estimated delivery window of 3-7 working days. When we dispatch majority of our orders they go on 24 hour delivery service. Once orders leave us, we unfortunately, put our trust in the courier companies to delivery. However, on very rare occasions, there may be issues during transit which caused a slight delay
I have checked the status of your delivery with Royal Mail and it shows it was delivered today, 3rd June. This is in our estimated delivery window of 7 working days from the date you placed the order.
