Excellent choice and quality.
Had my eye on a specific mattress. Heritage 3500 Gold for a couple of years having tried it on a shop. Decided now was the time to get it. Contacted this company who gave an amazing price for it. Everything went smoothly. Certainly would recommend and use them again

This company is absolutely awful, they treated my very elderly aunt very badly. Ordered 2 mattresses with very specific measurements and they were anything but what was ordered. They haven’t returned calls or emails. Even the delivery driver was very rude. This has impacted my aunts health and caused much worry and distress. I have previously left a review on trust pilot and they did request further details, however, I didn’t hear from them again. It’s absolutely shocking, not to mention the impact it’s had on her health. Extremely disappointing!

l bought a bed and mattress from this company and the quality was too low

Due to miscommunication was promised a free pillow as compensation with mattress delivery, made call as when mattress was delivered NO pillow was there sales advisor was very rude and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say what so ever tried to say mattress was delivered on a urgent basis (even though it was already agreed with a different advisor for delivery today) No pillow would be received and I have ALL messages regarding free pillow and how delivery would be made today 4/5/24 on Facebook messenger shall be advising people not to purchase from here

Poor customer service and after sales bought a bed frame from this company . The bed wasn't complete didn't have middle support bar plus it was too big for my bedroom same day I had it delivered asked to swap and was told no even though there is 14 day cooling off period shocking place . They even deleted and blocked me off Facebook messager and their page . Now I'm left with a bed that I cannot use because it's unsafe not secure.

Very easy company to deal with , good communication and delivered when they said they would , happy with the mattress I bought at a very reasonable price thank you !

My bank initially advised not to pay deposit via bank transfer. I spoke to advisor who sorted out I could pay on delivery. Was contacted about a week later with delivery time. Helpful delivery man well inside timing. The pro pillow top is good quality if a bit firmer than we wanted. Hopefully get used to it soon. Would buy from bed heist again no hesitation.

I was initially apprehensive with the bank transfer deposit payment upfront. But I was reassured by the team who explained the process to me and also allayed my fears . Item was delivered on the day advised and on time . Quality of the item is good . Initially struggled with the instructions to fit as could not find any . But lots of videos on YouTube and was able to use this to put together. Great team highly recommended and will use again.

i ordered my mattress on monday it arrived on Friday they kept me informed all the way through when it was in production phoned asked if i wanted extra quilting for £35 said no because i couldn’t afford to when the mattress arrived my son in law carried up my stairs after a few turns his comment was this is quality mattress it has no bend in it and his trade is making beds my new bed was getting delivered today saturday now it’s been delayed to Tuesday i have no worries about sleeping with the new mattress on the floor cause lastnigh was the comfortable night sleep i ve had for years am a big believer in you get what you pay for i thought it was going be rubbish £200 honestly it’s like av won the mattress lottery thank you bed heist for my mattress was more than i eve r expected

Mattress was delivered on time and is lovely it was so easy and straight forward driver was brilliant and helpful I'm disabled and walk with a frame and he was so helpful 😀

Very easy to order and mattress was delivered on time.
It’s a beautiful mattress but would say it’s more a firm than medium which was stated, will take a bit of getting used to.
