Excellent communication when I had questions or concerns. Leonardo let me know where my product was and if there were any issues during transit for the international order to Texas. My product was purchased during the holiday season and had been on back order from Recaro however this is where Leonardo’s excellent and prompt communication allowed me to plan accordingly.

It took some time, but the item arrived safely and exactly as expected.
If you are in a hurry or expect Amazon-level speed, this shop may not be the best fit.
But if you don’t mind waiting a bit, it’s a very good place to buy from.

The packaging was clean and secure.
Despite the busy holiday season, Leonardo responded quickly and was very kind throughout the process.

I ordered a Peg Perego Tatamia Follow Me highchair for my first grandson and had a very positive experience with The Best Baby Catalogue.

Ordering online was easy, and the international delivery cost from Milan to Adelaide was reasonable. There were unexpected delays due to strikes and other unforeseen circumstances, which was disappointing, especially so close to Christmas.

What really made the difference was the customer service. Once I got in touch by email, Leonardo was fantastic. He was friendly, responsive, and followed up every step of the way. Despite the delays being outside their control, he did everything possible to keep things moving and kept me well informed.

The highchair arrived on Christmas Eve, which was incredibly special for our family. I was absolutely thrilled and very grateful for the care and effort shown throughout.

Now that I have a new baby, I needed this item but no one will sell it separately in my country or ship it internationally except for Welcomemrbaby! Leonardo was diligent in staying on an issue from the moment it arose until it was resolved. True exceptional customer service. Providing timely and honest updates.

Terrible experience. I bought a stroller from their website on October 4th, 2025, paying £280. After 5 days, it still hadn’t been shipped, even though I urgently needed it.
When I contacted them, they told me that the website says shipping takes 15 business days which is completely false, because it’s not written anywhere.
They offered me other colors (which I don’t like otherwise I would have chosen them myself), and when I asked for a refund, they completely disappeared: no replies to messages or emails.
Only after a phone call, when I said I would get a lawyer involved, did they finally reply to my messages, saying that the refund was being processed
I’m really sorry I didn’t read the reviews before buying, because I now see that they do this to everyone.
This store is a total scam.
Do not buy from them under any circumstances!
