Amazing! I recently ordered a Bianchi bike from the Bicycle Lounge. I can't recommend this shop highly enough! The communication and service from staff and owner was excellent, and my bike is awesome.

I bought a bike from these guys using a cycle scheme voucher. They worked with me to sort it out (Halford's scheme is terrible), and put the bike on hold for me while I waited for the voucher to come through (Halford's scheme is terrible). Shipping was super efficient. After you buy they put the bike through the shop and have a mechanic go over it before they ship. They shipped it tracked. It arrived on schedule. The bike was packed as if it were a human child. Everything was padded, nothing left to chance. It could have fallen off of a truck and not sustained any damage the packing was so diligent! It arrived with a checklist of the items they checked before it shipped.

As I was putting the bike together I made a dumb mistake and did some cosmetic damage, but I didn't know why. I called them and they were incredibly helpful and empathetic. I sent them photos and they rang me back within 10 mins and told me where I went wrong and how to fix it. I was hesitant to buy a bike online from a shop outside of my local area, but the other TP reviews were spot on and my interaction with them was absolutely top notch professional.

I went for a Bike Fit at the Bicycle lounge and it was excellent . I had previously had a bike fit done when I bought the bike but I had always had a niggling doubt in my mind whether I had got the right frame size as on the size charts i was in between sizes. Matt confirmed that the bike frame size I had was the right size for me and then made some alterations to my set up from the measurements he took. My saddle height went up and a longer stem was fitted to the bike. I was really happy with the bike fit , the time slot allocated was perfect and the Fit was not rushed at all. A couple of days after the Bike fit I went on my 1st ride and I could notice that the changes made were massively beneficial to my cycling. The only regret I have is not getting this bike fit done earlier. I would highly recommend get a bike fit done here.

I’ve just purchased an Enigma Elan from the Bicycle Lounge. The whole process was faultless from start to finish. Dealing with Matt was an absolute pleasure, his knowledge and guidance was invaluable and reassuring on bike choice. I could have chosen a closer shop to Oxford and to Enigma themselves but whole experience was worth it.
I can’t recommend Matt and his team highly enough, I will definitely be using them again.

Bought a new Pinerrallo X from the bicycle lounge, the whole team (Tay ,Shaun,Matt ) were so friendly and helpful.
The communication was brilliant via emails and WhatsApp.

My recent visit to the shop was very pleasant, all the staff were friendly and helpful. I had my bike fit with Shaun and later Matt who made the final adjustments. I would definitely recommend visiting the bicycle Lounge.

I had a bike fit with Matt at the bicycle lounge, it took around one hour 40 minutes. I found the changes made to my bike and the help and guidance shared by Matt very helpful. I can fully recommend the experience, money well spent.

Great service from the best bike shop I’ve been in. More of a personal service than the branded stores and a deep knowledge of the products available.
I hadn’t bought a new bike from them for 11 years and don’t regret it at all. The bike is well put together and was ready to ride straight away despite it being a bespoke build.

Excellent service from Matt and the team. I needed a competent bike fit carrying out as I was suffering from a pain in my knee, Matt carried this out and gave me the correct measurements I needed. Excellent service from the team and no more knee pain. Also will be back for the a new winter bike...

Faultless service from Matt and the team. Everyone created a super relaxed environment, Matt was really helpful talking me through everything and an all round top bloke. The fit is great value for money, I've been so much more comfortable on my bike since getting it done. Can't recommend visiting enough!
