When spending a sizeable amount on a premium product you expect the service and environment to match. The Bicycle lounge goes above and beyond to deliver this, fantastic showroom "lounge" - great range of premium bikes on offer and a very personable service offered by Matt and Sean. Both highly knowledgeable and can't spend enough time with you to make sure you fully understand what you're buying and to ensure the bike fits with you and your requirements. Would highly recommend and thanks again for a truly 5 star service.

The level of customer service is on another level. When spending a huge amount of money on a new bike, I considered purchasing online. However my concern was how difficult it would be to sort out any issues. This is never a problem for these guys

Having purchased my bike 18 months ago from the Bicycle Lounge I took it back for a service this week and found just the same customer focus, attention to detail and really fair pricing as I previously have.
Paul assessed the work required then talked me through the parts that needed replacing on the bike and did an exceptional job of bringing it back to as new condition, I took it out the next day and it rode beautifully.
Although it's a 220 mile round trip to Ormskirk it's defiantly worth it!

From my initial visit to the collection of my bike, the entire experience has been excellent. Finalizing the specifications was made effortless thanks to Matt’s expertise and in-depth knowledge, which perfectly complemented his skill in bike fitting. Since collecting the bike, I’ve ridden just under 100 miles, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the end result. I would wholeheartedly recommend Matt and his team for any of your cycling needs.

I travelled a 250 mile round trip to pick up a Pinarello X3. I was somewhat nervous about the fact that I did not know anything about the shop except that the prices were fair. I had concerns about the sizing of the bike. These concerns were addressed confidently via email, however, I still felt like I was “rolling the dice”.

When I arrived in Ormskirk, the reception, and customer experience, was way beyond what I’d expected or hoped for.

It’s clear that Matt and his team really do know what they are on about. They were so generous with their time and experience that I felt hugely reassured I was both buying the right bike and the right size.

They took their time to really nail the bike fit so that it was right for me. The experience was also lighthearted and good fun.

One week later, and 100 miles in, I couldn’t be happier with both the bike, and the bike fit.

If you are considering travelling to Ormskirk, I hope this review reassures you that your efforts will be more than worthwhile.

I travelled a long way to purchase a new bike from The Bicycle Lounge, a bit of a risk, what if I didn't like it when I got there?

No fear, Matt had it all set up, looking lovely, ready to jump on for a fit.

The team were all helpful and friendly, and all the bikes are beautiful; I don't regret travelling for my new Cervelo.

Great service from Matt and the team. I travelled from Worcester for the bike having done everything via Whatsapp/email. The guys were all great. Really reassuring service from a knowledgeable team. I'm just glad that I don't live in Ormskirk because I'd be in there all the time.

Ok, so you have a bag of cash, been a cyclist all your life. You watch the pro teams and their exotic bikes and think, yes I want one. My three favourites are Bianchi, Wilier and Pinarello. Ok, where do I go to see these exotic pedal machines. The Bicycle Lounge, Ormskirk. From the minute I spoke to Matt at the shop I knew I was at the right place. Matt and his team have been doing this for years. Nothing was to much trouble. First vist I was measured up. Picked a bike but couldn’t get my size in my time frame. Matt did go to some lengths to get my first choice. So went home, had a think. Emails back and forth discussing with Matt, he was super patient with all my questions. Second visit picked a different, better bike. Paid the deposit, got the bike in. Bike was built. Set a date. Then had as much time with Matt as needed to get me fitted and walked through step by step on everything covering the bike and he answered any questions. There was no rush no push just advice. So, what are you waiting for, get to The Bicycle Lounge in Ormskirk, I tell you now. You won’t be disappointed and you will find what you’ve often dreamt of. Matt and the guys offer the very best professional service. Their experience and honesty and no rush approach make the whole experience of investing in a bike first class. Bike fitting and discussion around needs and how to get the best out of returning to cycling go beyond expectations.

I am a keen cyclist generally doing 100+ miles/week and I have been using the Bicycle Lounge in Ormskirk for the servicing and maintenance of both my road bikes.
I couldn’t be more complimentary about the people who work there.
They are honest and obliging.
They have (on many occasions) research parts for me to allow me to then access item to either fix it myself or to return with the part for them to carry out the repair.
Serving is always of a high standard.
They have also carried out work at short notice to help me out.
My intention is to continue to use the Bicycle Lounge because of the great service they always provide.

Matt and the team helped me out once again after wearing out the mountain bike I bought from them eight years ago- they advised a gravel bike to suit my current riding needs. Setup was thorough and plenty of time spent on it as well. Very happy with the bike and its setup. Matt also adjusted my cleat position which helped.
This is my third bike through the Bicycle Lounge, with the team also providing four bikes for my wife and daughters, as well as servicing (because they just won’t😂).

I bought a Pinarello X5. It’s some years since I did any road biking but the guys , Sean and Matt couldn’t have been more friendly and knowledgeable. I asked lots of questions , they were patient and I felt really comfortable and relaxed being fitted for the bike even though I’m a real novice ! I can’t recommend them highly enough . I’m absolutely thrilled with my bike .. they made all the adjustments some before I came for the fitting - the whole experience has been beyond excellent ! . It didn’t matter that I was a complete novice with very little knowledge they wanted me to enjoy the bike and I couldn’t be happier with the bike and the service - nothing was too much trouble and they gave me lots of tips for riding , encouraged me to come back in a couple of months to reassess :-)

Bought an Enigma Escape from the Bike Lounge. A great experience, Matt handled the process very professionally, the bike was ready as per the promised delivery date, it was set up perfectly using dimensions from my previous bike. The bike itself has been great, an ideal winter bike but also a gravel bike due to its wide clearances, I would thoroughly recommend.

Took my bike in for a bike fit, Matt is extremely knowledgable, friendly and has set my bike up superbly. Well priced and not in any way rushed. I’d 100% recommend.

I have recently purchased a Dogma F from the bicycle lounge. Matt was extremely accomodating and ensured the process from start to finish was professional and efficient. Any querys i had, i always received a response usually within hours, if not then it was always the next day. Highly reccomend
