The Big Deal do all the work you just have to say yes i was so weary about it at first but its been so easy and i have saved loads have been with them for two and half years and had no problems and they dont bombard you with emails just enough to let you know whats going on

Changing to the talktalk switch tariff was a no brainer.
£19.95 for broadband, telephone (including line rental & unlimited free anytime national rate calls) AND a free mobile SIM (no monthly charge) which is more than adequate for low/medium users. Needs unlocked handset, buts works on Vodaphone locked phones

The whole experience seemed very straightforward and so far Talk talk have been very efficient .Maybe some info on the company ie. Talk talk would be helpful with the decision making!

These "unknown" modern day robin hood's are a great way for the average person to get their voice heard in a quick easy way with big financial savings over the year. By letting them get the best deals on gas / elec & now broadband I am saving £42per month. Great service . Power to the people!!

I had thought of switching broadband provider before but using comparison sites daunted me.
The Big Deal made the process easy to understand, I am saving £480 per year

I was with British gas and left for a better deal as soon as possible decades ago to Scottish power but that soon became a mistake when they over charged me again and again £500 every 6 months. End of contract I was gone - they even asked me why. I simply replied - look at my bill - would you stay.!!!!
Joined the big deal a few years ago when I saw a promotion in The Sun newspaper and saved a fortune from £142 PCM to £74 PCM, have been with them ever since. I trust them and in the utilities market that is near on impossible to say. Good work guys. Keep up the good work. Yes I would highly recommend.

The Big Deal offer for TalkTalk broadband came along right on time for me as my current deal was up for renewal. Had tried to haggle a better deal as I have been with them for 10 years,but they just would not budge. Was on the verge of leaving when I got an email from The Big Deal highlighting a deal they had negotiated. Worked out got a deal for less than I am paying now with free unlimited calls to landlines and mobiles thrown in !!!! Happy days ! Thank you.

We changed suppliers from British Gas to Extra Energy via The Big Deal. We are senior citizens and we were a little sceptical to change as
we had been with British Gas for a long while. We need not have worried a the changeover was dealt with efficiently and quickly an we did not have anything to do. Hooray for this service. Extra Energy was the recommended supplier for us and we have saved money each week and the company have kept us informed all the way, whether the need to increase slightly our payment, which was nominal. Boy, was it so simple to make the switch – took me one minute to search for the best deal, which was to find a 100% renewable electricity supplier and it saved us over £200 per year. And then another couple of minutes to confirm everything.

I was made aware of an amazing deal with Good Energy via The BIg Deal teaming up with SumofUs.org and I jumped at it. I would have never heard of Good Energy if it wasn't for The Big Deal and now, over 12 months later I'm still on a fixed monthly rate of only £31 for both utilities: £15 for gas and £18 for electricity. That's £372 for the whole year! A fraction of what I used to pay with the "big six" - the 3 bedroom house I'm renting with my partner and son came already contracted to nPower and it was extortion! The Big Deal sorted the whole switch for me and it was painless. I haven't a bad word to say about the whole thing - I'm delighted! Good Energy are a relatively small company based in Wales providing energy from 100% renewable sources. I referred them to my old flatmates and, although their rate isn't as good as mine because of the deal I got, it's still a fraction of their old costs with EDF and, most importantly, it's RENEWABLE! The Big Deal will sort you out, seriously.
