FALSE SAVINGS ILLUSTRATIONS - BEWARE
I filled in all my details and pressed 'Compare' and was told I would save £ 180 per year.
When I checked the actual tariff rates (p/kWh) I found that the proposed deal had a HIGHER tariff rate than the one I was on. Their calculation assumed that, after the end of my fixed deal, I would then spend the following 8 months on the default rate, but this is hardly a realistic baseline. This was not mentioned AT ALL on the page with the headline figure. Make sure you read the small print or you could end up changing to a worse deal.
EDIT: With reference to the response from The Big Deal below, I find it hard to believe that they are 'required' by the regulator to publish a higher priced offer as a 'saving'. All the more reason to check the small print carefully.
EDIT2: Thanks for the link. I note, however that Uswitch, for example, can comply with the licence requirements, while also alerting customers that their comparisons allow for the evergreen period, and that actual costs may rise from current levels after switching, which strikes me as a more honest representation of the facts. I still think you can do better.

The Big deal savings
The big deal has now provided me with an energy saving deal for the second time. The second one with iSupply has been particularly competitive with a price lock for 2 years at a time when all the other suppliers have increased their prices.
Fantastic deals.
Since signing up to The Big Deal not only have I had very cheap electricity; I've also had wonderful customer service from every company I've been with.
The Big Deal facilitates a painless transition to another utility company. I change companies yearly for the best deal that is offered and can't be happier with the choices offered.
Savings
By switching with "The Big Deal" I am now saving over £60 per month, and they keep me updated with any changes to my monthly payments.
Over all I am very happy with the service.

The Big Deal helped Me....
I joined the Big Deal the first time i saw it advertised in the Sun Newspaper and i was quite amazed at how easy they made it to switch from the Big Six, even more amazing i saved myself almost £300.00 the first year on my Duel-Fuel bill.
So all i can say is well done the Big Deal long may you continue helping customers switch and save money.
John...
Very good deal
Why go to the big 6? when all they do is raise their prices at the first opportunity and never reduce them when fuel goes down.
I found the Big Deal very helpful and they gave me a very good fixed price deal.
Excellent idea
Everything is done for you. it's so easy & i've saved lots of money on my energy bills.
The Big Deal
I have been in the Big Deal for around 3 years; each time I've followed their advice I have saved money. Their membership is about 250,000 which gives a lot of negotiating power however 500,000would be even better so join now.
Highly recommended.
After many years of procrastination and a misguided sense of loyalty to my previous energy supplier, The Big Deal finally convinced me to change suppliers and made it very easy to do so. I recommend using their services if you want to save money. I am now almost at the end of my first year with Good Energy, and am wondering if The Big Deal have a new, even cheaper offer to share with me?
Save with the big deal
I am now on my second supplier through the Big Deal and have saved even more money than i did before. This is the best money saving i have had and its all down to the big deal. Anyone who does not join the big deal on your own money wasting be it.
Money Saver
I have used the "Big Deal" twice, its a simple, no fuss system of getting probably the cheapest energy deals possible, and over the last 3 years I have saved hundreds of pounds and would recommend the deal to anyone.
Killerbee
switched to Green Star
I switched to Green Star on your instructions and have been very satisfied so far,but I think it run out this year somtime, it has been yery good.
Made the move.
Made the right choice at the right time some energy company's are put up their prices again good for use, mien is not.
Money Saver.
Overall, we've saved money by switching to Big Deal deals. A minor hiccup at the end of last year when GB Energy stopped trading, but the matter was swiftly resolved at no extra expense to us via another switch. We will continue to use Big Deal later this year.
