After making on line enquiries re a loan, a debit of 14p was taken from my account, the loan broker required my card details to verify me. Some days after £29.99 was taken from my account, when I spotted this I informed the bank, my money was returned. However after seven days another £29.99 was taken, the bank returned this for me and issued a new card. This company are scammers and need to be taken down ASAP.

They try to pass this off as a ‘subscription’ so make sure you tell your bank this. Most banks are now fully aware of this criminal gang and all the various scams they are running.
TrustPilot seems the only organisation that does not know what they are.

Don't believe them
Don't believe them. I've done my homework they are the same company. I was after a loan so allowed them to take 14p I thought It was just confirming my account. Today they took £29.99 I spoke to a representative this morning she told me I'm past the 14 day cooling off period. When I informed her I was going to contact my bank and the fca she hung up. 30 mins later I got my money back. I am still going to report them.

Same story as everyone else, applying for a loan and been scammed and charged. I've found 5 payments over two of my accounts for £29.99 each. Scam.

A savings club that saves you money by charging you £30 a month.
Yet another company who work with credit brokers to sign hapless, often desperate customers up unawares, very similar to Savultra.
TheSavingClub- I have a question. How are you a saving club when you’ve actually charged me 29.99 times more than you’ve saved me? And yes, I’d like to cancel my membership please, but sadly your website makes this extremely difficult. What a surprise.

Here is how it works:
Here is how it works:
You order from a tv shopping channel and at the end of your purchase you are told about the big savings club and a trial of it for a small fee (many people say yes at this point because they are in the buying mood).
If you agree, you are told about the terms and conditions, like an annual membership fee that will be charged to your card unless you cancel the trail within a certain time after receiving your membership pack.
A spreadsheet of credit/debit card numbers and customer details is emailed to the big savings club, this will contain the details of everyone who agreed to the trial whilst on the phone to the shopping channel.
The membership pack is sent to you by recorded delivery (most people discard thinking it is junk mail). This pack tells you that you need to call within a set timescale to cancel, otherwise you will be charged the annual membership fee.
As the company have proof of delivery (from Royal mail), they assume you have agreed to the annual membership and charge you the full amount, the also keep your card details and charge you every year until you call to cancel
In a nutshell, people throw the membership pack away without reading it and do not listen carefully to the script read to them on the shopping channel phone call, they see the charges on their bank statement and wonder what it is.
This is all legal, as you agree to it when buying from the shopping channel and people ignore the membership pack when it arrives, although the company have the proof of delivery.
