We have recently had conservatory blinds supplied and installed this is not the first time we have used the blind factory and it won’t be the last the service and advice is first class as are our blinds a big thanks to Emma and Neil

Required new office blinds that kept the heat and sun out whilst allowing you to see outside and allow light into the office at the same time. Came out to measure up and show the fabrics very quickly and once I had chosen they were ready in 2 weeks. They came and put them up on my chosen date and took the old ones away. Great company highly recommend - blind quality is superb also

Popped in to buy some cord to restring our perfect blind. Neil gave us some good advice and we had the job done in less than 30 mins.

From the start to finish, the service has been absolutely phenomenal, we can’t thank you enough. Communication has been fantastic throughout, with a professional and friendly reply every time. Our order was quick which was fantastic. When the curtains were fitted the service was fast and efficient, and really gave our stage the professional look we wanted. Emma very kindly gave us lots of louvre samples to take home which was useful in making a choice.
The blinds were made and fitted within a week which was excellent service. Neil gave advice on options we had never thought about with regard to location of controls etc. Emma and Neil were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this company.

This is a family-run service I last successfully used ten years ago. I was delighted to find it was still providing excellent, friendly service. Emma and Neil swiftly responded to my enquiry about a black out blind. They measured the window, helped me choose the right blind for the room, and, as soon as they had received it from their suppliers, came and fitted it. It works well. Communication was excellent throughout.

Excellent communication from Emma and Neil from the start, which is always really appreciated. From estimate, through measuring, ordering and fitting in three bedrooms the whole process has been smooth and efficient. I'm very happy with the blinds – I didn't think such a perfect blackout existed.

This is now the third or fourth time we have done business with The Blind Factory. We have been extremely happy with the choice, quality of the blinds, neatness of fitting and speed of delivery every time. Overall they are easy to do business with. Most recently we sought their input on fitting a blind that would also act as a cat proof screen to allow us to have our west facing patio doors wide open without letting our house cats out. It’s not something they advertise as doing but our faith in Neil & Emma to find a neat, effective and tailored solution was duly rewarded.

We had some superb blinds fitted to our new bi-fold doors by 'The Blind Factory'. Absolutely first class service from Emma & Neil who have been professional competent and friendly from start to finish. The micro-cell blinds we chose look stunning & immediately finished the look of the windows. Neil fitted them quickly & without any fuss. Straight away they reduced the heat build in the room up on a sunny day. I highly recommend using 'The Blind Factory'

Contacted the Blind Factory as an emergency for my kitchen blind. I have gone to this company for all my blinds. Service is exceptional nothing is too much trouble and they are fantastic at providing options

Great reliable service from beginning to end and very happy with the blind installed

The vertical blinds in my lounge were accidentally damaged and I contacted The Blind Factory Leeds. The service was excellent, the replacement track fitted quickly and efficiently. Neil and Emma were wonderful people to deal with and I will no doubt be contacting them again when I need new blinds or indeed any repairs to my blinds.

Recently had blinds fitted in the bathroom and received an excellent service and top quality blinds. Professional and friendly, will be using this company again the next time we need any blinds.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Neil and Emma deserve a glowing report due to their impeccable customer service. From initial telephone contact to installation, their friendly, down to earth attitude and professional service was apparent at all times. Two of my neighbours had vertical blinds fitted so I asked if they would recommend the Blind Factory Leeds, which of course they did.
I was amazed by the range of sample choices and advice given when explaining my requirements ( including budget).
I am wanting extra blinds in the new year and Neil and Emma will be my first port of call. I would have no hesitation in recommending these lovely trust-worthy people.
