I try to reach customer support and it sends you to a bogus email where all they say is "have a wonderful day" .., you literally cannot reach this company.
ordered in March & No product 2 months later
I ordered in March, 2025. Never received the product. They have default email responder telling me my order was delivered and a default tracking number which they turn around and say it’sa default response! The tracking information is inaccurate (false). After several emails they tell me it’s default emails and my order was held up…no shit! It’s been going on 3 months! And they didn’t want to refund my money. I after them saying the item was delivered, I was willing to show my porch camera for the entire day to prove it was not delivered. Again they lied and still have not refunded my money nor sent the product. They are in another country taking money!

DO NOT BUY!! I bought these for my Kia Telluride they don’t fit and they told me to exchange them with someone else or “try” to return them and then maybe they will send you new ones!!! The STANDARD is not the standard size!! Such a rip off!!
Adhesive sucks

I ordered the LED door SILLS they said they were Precision made for my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe calligraphy and it’s as easy as just slapping on with magnets. Well what I didn’t realize is my car has a plastic Santa Fe plate on all four door SILLS and it’s raised about a half inch in the air and they don’t pop out so I called the company bloomcar and I said they don’t work. Could I please have a refund if I send them back after ignoring me I sent three more emails and finally got a response. Their exact words were take a picture and show us what you’re talking about so I did and they never replied because they know that what I ordered will not work and they won’t give me a review. Do not order from this company not only did it take 20 days for me to get the product after I ordered it, but the back driver side door seal didn’t even light up after charging it and they would not give me a refund this company is horrific and their product is Cincy.

*BUYERS BEWARE* Do not buy from this company. I purchased their light up sill protectors and the magnets suck. The hard plastic on the back of their protector scratched the paint of my new car. Also they are impossible to deal with on any kind of return process.

As we all aware there are so many on-line purchase scam and this is the first time that I purchased from Bloomcar, there was an item missing unfortunately. I contacted Lisa Bell immediately, her response was prompt. It was well under 12 hours. She assured me that the matter will be taken care of. We communicated with email several times and she never abandoned me throughout with quick response. I appreciated that very much. Thank you Lisa for your top notch customer service and now I have confidence to purchase again in the future. I will refer my friends to you.
Delivery took long, but my things all work amazing!
I am actually giving this company a 4-star rating! After reading these reviews, I just knew that I was going to be writing completely the opposite. Well, I received my order's "yea, I made 2, because the first one I only ordered the front and passenger door seals" Anyway, besides the wait time which definitely was not great, and the tracking could be improved, the product I have almost no complaints! I have now plugged in all 6 of the seals which include, the 4 front and passenger doors "Since I was dumb and didn't know I could order the back doors separate" I also bought the light up charging cord, and those door lights where they shine the vehicle brand on the ground as a light. Anyway, all 6 of the seals are working great, no issues, fit perfectly, colors look great. Probably not made of the best material, the front of them look 100x's better than the back, but they are definitely really cool, and I have already had several people ask where I got them "I told them to stay tuned, just to make sure the quality is there lol"! The cord I'm a little iffy about seeing it is magnetic. I am in love with that cord already "I will be upset if it breaks!!" but I just have a feeling if anything will stop working it will probably be that, and for 26.00 I really hope not! The light for the car doors, I can't really make a review yet as I haven't put batteries in them. Now I guess that is where my 4-star rating comes from. Who uses batteries anymore? Do you know how expensive it is to replace those things? lol. 12 double A's! Maybe a USB port would be better and more saleable? I will be putting batteries in them soon and then will update on those! Anyway, I am very pleased with my order, and if all goes well and they continue to do their thing and work the way they are now, I will be making another decent sized purchase this month!

I should've bought this product from Amazon. (sigh) Anyway...I got the LED Door Sills, but they didn't fit. Too tall. I couldn't even close my car door.
They get the 1-star ONLY because customer service was nice. I wanted a full refund, they offered me a 40% refund IF I didn't want to return them. BUT, if I did want to return for a full refund, I'd have to return them to their "warehouse"...in CHINA!
I tried to return them...until I checked the cost of international shipping via DHL (the lowest cost shipper I could find since USPS doesn't ship to China nowadays).
It costs $150 USD to ship, but the 4-set LEDs cost me $89. No way I was paying that. Out of frustration, I took the 40% offer...like a dumbass. I should've just done a chargeback and got ALL of my money back.
So this DROPSHIPPER made $50 dollars off of me.
So now I'm out $50 and can't use my purchase. I wouldn't be surprised if their online income comes from customers taking the partial refund.

What made my experience great was the convenient reply, giving me a price that I could afford, I Love lights! Christmas at my home is year around. I leave some things up, year around, so when I want to plug them in, just because, I do. For now I am so happy with my purchase. Truly satisfied.

I purchased the LED sills for my car. Had some issues with them and the customer service went out of their way to help resolve. This after sales support impressed me very much. I am happy with the sills. They look great! Highly recommended.

Above and beyond customer service☆☆☆☆☆
There was an issue with an item that didn't fit correctly. It was outside the warranty period but they went above and beyond to make things right for me. I can't tell you how awesome that is. In today's world where most companies would just leave it at that. They were genuinely concerned and wanted more information about the issue. Once they seem what it was they asked if there was anything they could do. Thinking outside the box they came up with an acceptable resolution. A rarity in today's world. I will definitely be looking to them first for any more of our automotive customizing needs. Thank you
Great idea, bad design
Great idea, but bad product. Purchased the illuminating doorsills for my Grand Cherokee. I figured since I had to be specific about the type of vehicle I owned, that these would be a custom fit. Wrong! From the time I took them out of the box, they never fit properly. Too long for the actual door sill, and even the curvature was off. When closing the door, the sills always moved, even if u use the tape. But when you use the tape it’s a pain to charge the battery. And because it wasn’t a proper fit, it looked like crap. Disappointed….but u learn!

I’ve bought from several companies who took days to respond when voicing a concern or asking a simple question. Lisa on the other hand was fabulous and quickly followed up with my concerns while making sure I had a great experience. Definitely a company I would purchase from again!
They claim that the door sill lights…
They claim that the door sill lights will fit your car. They also claim if you're not 100% satisfied, they will refund every penny. Wrong! The product does not fit my car and they want to offer refund for 30% of what I paid, like they are doing me a favor! Talk about false advertising! The product is cheaply made in China and it may not fit your car, even if you tell them the year, make and model. Lisa Bell needs to learn about customer service and satisfaction! Don't waste your time or money!

One of the door sills never worked out of the package. Then, the other sill kept sliding out the car even using the tape. I contacted customer support and received a response that I would be contacted within 24hrs. 4 days later, I contacted them again and received the following response from Lisa...
"We would like to inform you that since it has been more than a week since the package was delivered and the item appears to have been in use, the supplier has unfortunately declined our request for compensation".
What kind of crap is this.
#1 One of the sills never worked so at least replace it
#2 The magnet and tape are poor quality so provide better tape or something
Bottom line...they're not doing anything about it because their manufacturer said no. It appears BloomCar doesn't make anything, they're just the salespeople (3rd party). Buyer beware...

If I could give it 0 stars I would horrible product cheaply made don’t stick I waited almost a month to receive mine I received the car door sills and there was scratches all over them and one had a big crack in it do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money
