Nice sills for that custom look!

Installed my customized sills today! They look very nice. I couldn’t use the magnets so I used some 1/2” 3M double sided tape. They aren’t going anywhere! It’s important to pay attention where the charging port and sensor are when you use tape vs the magnets. Time will tell how well they hold up.
Lisa Bell was very helpful on order follow up and shipping status!

The WORST non American trash company …

The WORST non American trash company sourced from China!!! They are a headache to deal with returns!!!! Buyer beware!!!!
Refunds are still not resolved!!! Their expectations are ridiculous for returns!!!!

Horrible Service, Broken Product

Horrible customer service that kept playing games after I sent them video of their delivery driver THROWING our package at the door from 10 feet away, impressively landing on the step and probably breaking them. They seemed to try to get us to open it after saying if it was opened it could be returned. Then tried to get us to return it to China at our expense for a refund. No wonder shipping took 2+ weeks. Just buy it from China because these guys aren't the ones making it and you're getting ripped off with bad customer service. Then they tried to keep giving us partial refunds despite saying theyd send me a refund if I provided documentation. Just nonstop games wasting our time and going back on their word so we filed a dispute. DON'T BUY

I bought door sill and they can't…

I bought door sill and they can't broken. I email the company and Lisa Bell reply back stating a replacement will be send to me, also Lisa state no need to returned the old back due to no use for them. I just got the replacement and is not even the same door sill I order. What I got is a door sill for a toy car. Is not even half the size from the original that I order and they only send one instead of two. What a joke of a company. You can't even get a live agent. Communication is only by email. I should have known better

Lisa’s customer service was extraordinary

Lisa Bell was beyond excellent with her customer service. I had an order that required some complex requests to say the least and she was there with an answer and action for all of them. It was also pretty last minute but she was also diligent in making sure that that wasn’t an issue either. All within a timely fashion. I am extremely appreciative with her expertise. Thanks again Lisa

They lost both of packages

They lost both of packages, (they claim) and they didn't want to honor a refund. I found out they put in an insurance claim and so that let me know they got my money on top of the insurance claim for lost package. If I could rate a 0 I would because they are horrible! They have great advertisement to "reel" people in and all 'm saying is don't take the bait! Read the reviews on her because they are very similar. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The worst company to do business with

The worst company to do business with. Can't reach a live agent, emails received stating refusal to forward a return label for a refund. Product doesn't fit my car, per my mechanic. Now I am stuck with a useless item for my car, refusal of a refund and have lost my money to this company.

It just got worse! PLEASE READ: Don't buy from this company

UPDATE: THIS COMPANY JUST CONTACTED ME AGAIN....this time, they offered to pay back the balance of what they kept on the condition that I give them a better review, or if I took down the review.

Sorry, but no. This is not about the money. This is about doing the right thing. I would have respected them if they sent me the correct item to fix THEIR error. It would be much less expensive for them to send me the right thing than to have me pay for shipping it back (which they wanted me to do first then reimburse me). Sounds a little scammy to me...

Nope. Done with this company. They sound friendly in their emails, but they don't want to fix their mistakes. And by the way, I'm not a Karen. I have been polite and respectful throughout the whole ordeal. I'm just not willing to shell out another $100 on top of what I already paid, to fix their error...and then trust that they won't screw me over on that.

Save yourselves the headache, folks...your car is cool enough without their products.

I correctly ordered door sills for a BMW 530i. The ad looked cool and I thought it would be fun to have. So I paid something like $89. About a month later, with very little communication, the package arrived.

Wow! I was underwhelmed. The quality is very cheap and (even worse) it was clearly the wrong sizes. I tried to install them, but the size and shape was all wrong. Plus, I could tell that if I closed the door, the sill would break.

ENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE: After a few volleys, the customer service reps asked me to send videos to prove it was wrong, and she (Ava) agreed to send a replacement. Annoying, but okay... I asked what do I do? Here's the fun...

I was to ship the item back to them (at my cost) and they would ship it back once they verified the item. Grrr... And the worst part? Shipping back was nearly 2x the original cost. But don't worry, I will be getting that money back once they receive.

NO!

I contacted them and explained that it would be cheaper by far, if they just sent me a replacement. Then they told me that I could have another one shipped if purchase something else from them...

OMG. Nevermind. I'm not giving them any more money. None.

They finally said that they would refund $35.99 to my credit card. That's about a $50 dollar loss.

So, they made a mistake. I'm paying about $50 for the mistake and all I have to show for it is a crappy set of flashy, plastic sticks that don't fit my car.

Take my advice. Don't trust this company.

Audi puddle lights

I bought the Audi puddle lights. I got a sick feeling about two weeks after not hearing anything about my order. After figuring out how to contact the company only through email. No customer service number. Eventually my son received his gift which ended up being four pieces of cheap plastic without sensors of course. I’m so embarrassed I sent these as a gift, but that’s what you get when you hit a clickbait button on Google. I know better, but I wanted to surprise for my son, who loves his Audi. His car has every bell a whistle, and I wanted something new and cool. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is! TOTAL SCAM!

Company is scummy

I bought the light up door sill and am trying to return it. The quality of the products are very cheap and the magnets are weak. Don't believe the 30 day money back guarantee they make you jump through hoops.

Worst company I have ever dealt with

Worst company I have ever dealt with. My order was never recieved and I have demanded a refund numerous times only to get a message about my shipment has gone back overseas they will contact me soon to set up another delivery. Pretty sure it’s a shell game scam. I strongly urge anyone not to purchase anything from Bloomcar.

I bought some items of Instagram which…

I bought some items of Instagram which took me to another screen from memory, put CC details and the webform didnt validate, so tried again, the app or webpage didnt confirm or deny payment went through...

then got my Ccard blocked because they put through 2 transactions anayways

So partly my fault maybe due to browser security... but mainly crappy app and webform validation tested across apps is my guess.

So products look alright for the price, but i am unwilling to try purchase again.

Do not do business with this…

Do not do business with this company!!!... I REPEAT! "Don't business with this company"!
Once they have your money, there are no refunds!!...regardless if product is damaged from packaging, product defective or product does not fit your vehicle..besides China quality.
I purchased sill lights that took three weeks to arrive. After installing you could see that the size was to big and there were gaps between product and vehicle application. I contacted immediately with my issues and, days later the response was that not all applications fit to vehicle and there was no refund policy. They suggested that I could sell them to friend.
Scammed....I am going to just right it off as a loss and move on.
Please folks, if you are reading this comment....IT IS THE TRUTH!
All of the comments you read with such positively, it is from the company writing them.....NOT from real customers.
