Don’t Buy from This Company

Ordered the door sills specific to our vehicle make. The description and videos showed super easy installation. Received them only to find out that the vehicle must be modified structurally to work. When I submitted a return request I was told that they would only refund 40% - not even half- of the purchase price.

Quality isn't good

I purchased from them and the product is low quality. They aren't made well. I can barely plug in the charger, it's not stable. When I contacted them they said because I had it got over 30 days they wouldn't do anything. I bought it as a Christmas gift. Will not purchase from them again. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they do seem to with for now and they did reply to my email quickly.

Don’t care once they have your money

Ordered the light up door sills for my son’s car. My husband placed the order but apple autocorrect kicked in. We eventually received the product on Christmas Eve after ordering on Black Friday and realised the error.
Contacted the company (Lisa) wanting to know how we could fix the issue and offered to pay but the only response I kept getting is that the product received was what I ordered. Good customer service would have been to discount a replacement.
I could not live with the typo so I decided to place an order with a different company, one that had the right car manufacturer logo.
Now they have a bad review and lost a customer forever because Lisa would not engage!

I wish I had read these reviews prior to ordering.

This issue may or may not be the company's problem. But it reflects on them. I placed an order paid for it on the 8th of December. My purchase is still floating around somewhere in Midwest and today is the 23rd of December. It was stuck for about 10 days or more in one place without any movement. I did email the company they were responsive, but here it is two days before Christmas and I still don't have the gift that I want to present. In addition still don't know where the package is for sure or when I'm going to receive it. Once again it may or may not be the company's fault but it definitely reflects on them for failure to deliver within a reasonable time.

No Returns, No Cancelling

After placing an order, and seeing no update on shipping or order status, I looked into canceling and getting a refund. That's where they screw you. They don't allow the order to be canceled once it's started 'processing'. Then, their policy is 30 days from purchase.

I've ordered this going on 3 weeks ago, and nothing. By the time it arrives, IF it arrives, I will be stuck with whatever arrives.

Read the other reviews. Not a trustworthy business/con.

Horrible product

Horrible customer service, just ended up scratching my car. The quality of the product is trash, one of them didn't even work out of the box. The customer service keeps giving me the run around. They make me send a video then ask for another when why tf does it matter.

I purchased the door sills for my RSX…

I purchased the door sills for my RSX Type S. I didn’t like the way it looked with my car so before installing I contacted after I received them and then they asked me to remove my old seals place under and then email back. When I told him I removed mine set theirs down then they said oh we need a photo and if you move anything we’re not gonna be able to accept returns. I think there’s a scam and they try to set you up that way they can say do not return because now that you’ve opened the box or try them out we won’t take them back even though they state you have 30 days to return them I still haven’t received money And they haven’t returned my emails

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They sent me sills that are not even built to fit my car. Meaning there is no way on this earth they would fit. I contacted them and they wanted pictures and a video. I sent them and they came back and told me to modify my car and make it stick with 2-sided tape and Velcro. They are a scam! They offered me 30% refund and keep the crappy stuff that can't be used. I never received the free gift either with the product. I called my credit card company and charged the whole amount back. That is what you do to companies like this.

Do not buy. Poor quality

These products did not come to me as they should. Why is one purple and the other multi color? The purple one does not change color. They do not stick to the surface. The fall off when I open the door. They advertise how great the magnet is. They are poor quality. The purple one does not change color no matter how hard I press the button. I argued with them to get a refund but they put words in my mouth by claiming I'm changing my mind, which is not covered in their return policy. Do not buy this product!

This is a scam

This is a scam! The product is shipped from China and if something is wrong with it, they won’t give you a full refund. They would offer you like 25% store credit. And if you want more, they want you to lie and give them a good review! Especially that Lisa Bell customer service person.

Company is a scam. Does not follow thru with money back guarantee. Product doesn't work most times. Customer service (hah) is a joke as they string you along. Avoid at all cost.

Scam Artist!

Over the past two months, I have been pursuing the delivery of my order from your company. While initial responses were received, they lacked concrete action. Subsequently, all communication attempts via email have gone unanswered, and I have been unable to identify an alternative contact method. I am now concerned that I may have been a victim of fraud and strongly advise against future business with this company.

Update: 12/09/24; While I have finally received the goods, one item is defective and appears to be constructed from substandard materials. Given this experience, I have concluded my efforts to resolve this matter and express significant buyer's remorse.

Warning!!

Warning!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! The item requires you to take apart your car when you go to ATTEMPT to install it. Refund policy is a scam - US Shipping address is not real - cost to ship the item back exceeds the entire order value - It is my hope you see this and the other reviews BEFORE you send them a Dime and WASTE YOUR TIME. BTW, if you accept their "add-on" order options they only will offer a very low percentage of the order as a refund and only to the item that is defective...if it is not defective and you choose to return it - well Caveat Emptor my friend.

October 5 2024 when I put an order for my 2022 Honda pilot door sills. Arrived 3 weeks later. So excited to open it and to my surprise it for TESLA ,, I don’t even have a Tesla. Of all the car it’s Tesla . .I did attempt to contact them many times and no response.its been over 7 weeks and still nothing.So I guess they scam me for my hard earned money.So for those who are willing to risk their money, my advice is don’t take the risk. It’s not worth it.
Who ever owns a Tesla let me know I’ll sell to you for half the price.

The product does not work.

Buyer Beware!! The door sill does not work. Magnetic not very strong. And there is no customer service. They will reply once with additional instruction. Once you do what they suggested and the product still does not work and you ask for a refund. They will not reply back to you. Do not waste your money!!

Totally Disguted!

Do NOT BUY anything from this company! They advertised the LED stick for my stock 2018 Lexus LC 500 Sport car door panels. When I received the product, they did not fit, the curve on the end was totally upside down from the interior design of my car and more! When I contacted the company for a return, they do not believe in returning anything without penalties and stating that their warehouse, most items get lost or not even making it back to their warehouse for two to three months. They have a 30 day return bogus policy that will possibly refund you back 30%. This company is a lie, false advertiser and bum products. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! Feel free to buy if you warrant sub -par products

Bad customer service !!

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. I ordered two sets of door sill for both of my Lexus vehicles but they are not compatible. I’ve tried to contact the company several times , they only allow you to use an email, there is no one to verbally talk with, i have requested the information on how I can return the product and have my money refund and no response. They offer a 30 day money back guarantee. I have tried to contact them from the first day that I received the product. I sent several emails and when i requested a refund they have not responded…. They scam customers and I’m out of a couple hundred bucks. Don’t buy from this company, it’s a joke!
