Very BAD EXPERIENCE

Very unsatisfying experience buying the Door sill so highly advertised on social media.
The Price advertised is IN USD not AUD
I received the Door Sill lights without any installation instructions
When I tried to install them in my LEXUS Ct200 they wouldn’t sit right.
On contacting the supplier and after sending them photos and video that the product is not right they agreed to refund
And sent me an address to ship it back TO CHINA
Went to the post office and that address DOES NOT EXIST
BREN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM SINCE AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING
Dodgy company

Had to contact customer service. I talked to "Lisa Bell", she was a big help. Helped me with my concern. Solved my issue asap and was very professional about it.

Bloomcar sham

It’s November 5th,i ordered door sill lights on September 21st and to date have not received them or a refund i asked for.i got emails sayjng they lost my order in transit and would like to make it right but when i asked for a refund they went dead,I’ve received nothing from them since.if 80 bucks is gonna make or break this company I’m pretty sure you should avoid them at all cost.

Update:1 day after writing this i got an email saying they would refund my money and the day after that the order magically appeared.they said it was lost but i guess someone walked it in to me.wanted to be above board about this,not gonna order anything else but they did finally agree to a refund and then i had to email them and say forget it.

Absolute Rubbish Product

Absolute rubbish product and customer support, not worth buying as they look and feel cheaply made. The light sills failed less then a week of using them and I asked if they will be covered under warranty, but be aware it only has a crap 30 DAY warranty on their product, they will do nothing but offer a discount on your next purchase with them, "like yeah let's waste more money on your faulty products" they don't even trust their own product by offering only a 30 day warranty. You can get similar products from other stores for heaps cheaper and probably works better as well. Thought I would go for a quality product and pay more but it's not worth it people. Just not worth the money. This was a present for my partner and her new car but I should have bought a bunch of flowers, they would have lasted longer then the rubbish they are selling.

Customer Service top tier

Items arrived damaged. I sent report with photos to customer service. They replied (Lisa and Rebecca) and shipped new parts without any issue. That level of customer service I hold in high regard. The product work as advertised and really nice look to my setup. Thank you

I ordered the door lights and joker car…

I ordered the door lights and joker car mats from Bloomcar back in August 2024, we are now in October 2024 and I still haven’t received any items. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, IT IS A SCAM!!! They send me periodic emails stating my items are on the way. I am reporting them to the Attorney General’s Office and the BBB. I have repeatedly asked for a refund since it is taking so long, they refuse to return my money. Today 10/19/2024 they sent another email stating they ordered my items 10/16/2024. SCAM!!!! HEED THE WARNING, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

If I could give them a zero I would. The website is very misleading and if the product does not work and you ask for a refund. They try everything to get out of it and blame it on you. I purchased the doorsills. Website said install in minutes and then when I contacted them, they told me that I had to uninstall the current sills - Scam-scam

Bloomcar Service is Terrible

If I could say zero stars I would. Ordered my items in Sept and here it is Oct been a month with no credible explanation of why my items have not arrived. I’ve reported them to my credit card company and they are under investigation.

BEWARE!!! DO NOT BUY FROM BLOOM CAR!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
The lighted door sills I bought were complete trash. They are poorly made, don’t work as advertised and their so called customer service department is condescending, ignorant and useless. These pieces of trash cost me $80. I would have gotten far better value by taking 80 one dollar bills and throwing them into the wind.

Zero stars!

Door sills do not fit my car. They want item returned which will cost $37.00 so that I can have a refund. There website lies! It says 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked. I have sent videos, pictures and no refund given. They offered partial refund or store credit.
Rip off scammers!! Buyer beware!

Poor quality

Poor quality. Took 4 weeks to arrive. Too thick to fit on sill. Not customized to shape of vehicle. Another side gig middle man for a china product that is just not what was expected.

💯%SCAM

Absolutely. Unequivocally. Do not do business with this Scam Chinese Company. They provide fake tracking numbers with fake information....STILL I have not gotten my order.....Contacting these people is a joke they're all liars, they tell you. Your product will be there in 24 to 48 hours...."that was 2 weeks ago!!!!! I've reported this SCAM COMPANY to the is Better Business & Federal Trade Commission...Am sick and tried of these Communist Companies screwing AMERICANS

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. I ordered my door sills on 9/20/24 and have been repeatedly receiving emails saying “your order will arrive in 24-48hrs” and have yet to receive my order. I tried to figure out a way to cancel my order to no avail. Finally I filed a credit card dispute and my credit card immediately issued my money back because apparently this is the status quo for this scam company.
