Boiler decided to be broken Monday, made a phone call to these guys, had an appointment on the next day to sort out options. Day after that, new boiler fitted. Some team, can't fault them. Usually if I find something I will mark down. The consultation was great with 'Colin,' ( Chris )Very professional. Dead easy going with no pressure and could answer any questions, even ones from University Challenge. Managed to get a fix the next day after going for the new boiler and price. Guys turned up and had us sorted by around 16:00 Hrs or so. Fitters were great, no mess and actually wiped his soldered couplings the way you should to stop the flux greening the pipe later. No leaks . Great job. Thank You all. Will Recommend. X

Great experience with The Boiler Exchange, from initial survey and quote from Chris, to the back boiler removal and new installation from Peter and Aaron. Going that extra mile to source an alternative boiler at the agreed price and arranging short notice building work was appreciated and made the process very straightforward from our point of view, many thanks.

Fantastic service. I enquired about a boiler and Chris came round to survey my flat within a day or two and by the end of the week I had a new boiler installed! The engineers were great and worked quickly. Chris also went over and above by helping me with some follow up enquiries after the installation was completed which was very much appreciated!

From first contact on Tuesday,Chris arrived Wednesday, really nice guy, no hard sell which I liked. Boiler arrived next day and was fitted on Friday by Peter and his apprentice who were professional and tidy workers all old pipework and boiler taken away leaving no mess. Overall a fantastic service highly recommend this company.

The service provided by both Chris and Stevie has been absolutely brilliant. Chris gave a detailed overview of the work involved in setting up a new boiler and Stevie did a great job on the installation day. The installation was done within few hours on the date promised at the point of sale.

Excellent and professional from start to finish

Our Boiler broke down so as normal set about getting quotes. Was let down by a few places and some who were just not helpful. I submitted a quote request to the Boiler Exchange and received a call from Chris the Surveyor within 5 minutes who was able to come round straight away. He came in measured up and talked me through the various options. A very personable guy and at no time did I feel like I was under pressure to buy from them. Chris was very informative and the only person to have sat down and actually talked through the products and fitting services. Their quote was very reasonable and they were able to fit the boiler the next working day. James and Norrie arrived bang on 8 and immediately set about working. They were extremely clean and kept me updated on what was happening and worked hard to get everything done quickly. The service I received from the Boiler Exchange was first class and I would definitely recommend them for any work.

Service was excellent, Chris bent over backwards to make the process smooth and when there were last minute changes made to the order he fought hard to ensure his verbal quote was honoured.

Housekeeping was great apart from the header tank which was left at the property.

Contacted The Boiler Exchange after being messed around by a large and supposedly reputable company. Chris called me really quickly and when he heard we were without heating and hot water with 3 young kids, he arranged to come out ASAP. We went through all the available options and for the price I had been quoted before, I also got 2 new radiators, a Hive Smart thermostat and serious upgrade on the boiler.
James was out first thing the next morning and within 4 hours we had heating and hot water and all controlled from my phone!
The difference in the hot water pressure is outstanding and it stays hot regardless of which position the tap is in. A totally different world from what we had with our old boiler.
Absolute 5 star service from start to finish. Can't thank Chris enough for organising everything and James for a quick and simple install. If you need your boiler replaced then absolutely look up The Boiler Exchange, you won't be disappointed!

We needed a new boiler. We shopped around and found The Boiler Exchange and arranged an appointment.

Linda notified us that Chris would be the Surveyor. He arrived COVID safe to carry out survey. He left us the quote, we decided to go with this company. Chris explained everything clearly from what would happen at installation to completion of work.

Linda organised the installation team.

The Installation Engineers (one was James) arrived and got on with the work no issues at all. My husband said they were professional and friendly and got on with the job.

We now have an amazingly efficient heating and water system.

We live in Central Scotland and it's been freezing. So worst time of year to have dodgy heating. We have also had snow. We don't care now as we are so warm. We hadn't realised how inefficient our old boiler was until now.

So pleased, excellent job all round. Could not fault the service at all.

We will definitely be recommending this company to everyone we know.

I chose The Boiler Exchange based on their Trustpilot profile, and was not disappointed. Chris came for an initial visit and talked me through the options without any hard sell. James and Norrie fitted the boiler. They were friendly and efficient, and the boiler was installed quickly (6 hrs) and neatly. The boiler was supplied with a 10-year warranty, longer than the usual 5 years for that model. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
