Staff were friendly and cleaned up after themselves.

I initially had British Gas out to price and replace my old boiler and after several no shows and being messed around I contacted the boiler exchange instead. The difference in service was ridiculous. I was called late on the Friday afternoon and had Chris at my house Monday morning to give me a quote and talk me through the process. We arranged it for the following week and everything went smoothly and to plan. Not to mention the boiler exchange were over £1000 cheaper than the quote I was given from British Gas. Top notch service from the moment I contacted them until the job was finished. Would 100% recommend.

Chris attended to carry out survey which i knew also would involve rerouting of flue from side wall to vertical. He is clearly an expert in this line of work.
James the engineer attended and installed boiler very pleasant guy and carried out to very high standard. Roofer and brick layer attended to propery install flu and brick up previous hole. No short cuts taken to save money. I had 4 quotes none of which could challenge this. Fantastic service from start to finish which reminds me i need to pay the bill but look positive it could have bee £2000 more with a large energy provider (SG)

They installed out boiler and we were informed and well advised at all times.
They were professional, quick and reliable.
Months later we had a leak we thought it was due to a pipe (ended up being rain), but even if it was not their fault, Chris came along to inspect as if it was their problem too.
If you need to replace your boiler, this is where you stop searching.

I needed to replace an 18 year old combi boiler and obtained different quotes from a different range of companies. I decided to go with THE BOILER EXCHANGE COMPANY in Glasgow as Chris their surveyor gave the most detailed survey before advising not only the most suitable make and model but one which fitted best to my existing pipework. This meant that there would be minimal amount of upheaval and no extra costs involved during fitting. The actual installation was carried out 3 days after initial survey and completed on the day, to a high standard of workmanship by Peter.

Absolutely fantastic service provided by Chris and installer in charge then .Their work was completed to the highest standard and have given us a great peace of mind. Thanks to them both for their high quality work and swift service and good quote for boiler and fitting. Installed quickly and without any issues.

Fantastic service from Chris who conducted the survey right through to Peter and Aaron who fitted the new boiler, took away the old one, and explained how to operate it. They were helpful, explained what they were doing throughout and were quick and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Chris, the surveyor, visited just a few hours after my initial contact to figure out what needed done, and give us a fixed quote, accounting for all the complexities of our particular roofwork etc.
Within a week, the old boiler and tank were removed and replaced. Peter, the engineer, was extremely friendly and pleasant, and did a brilliant job leaving no mess behind at all.

Overall we're very happy with the service we received. The best thing was probably the fixed cost after the survey - other providers were offering us a "fixed cost" but we had to provide a cherry picker or scaffolding ourselves, which would have complicated and expensive.

Can't rate these guys highly enough. We had a brand new boiler fitted and our old hot water tank removed. Fantastic communication and service throughout. We were given a very fair price which did not increase from the initial quote, despite discovering the job was bigger than first anticipated due to the age of our home/boiler. This meant no surprises/nasty shocks along the way. Chris was fantastic and we can't fault him.

Peter and Aaron were great and left no mess behind. Very polite and took the time to answers any questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their boiler fitted and we will certainly go with them again in future.

Efficient and Professional Services

We engaged the Boiler Exchange to install a new boiler, remove/add radiators as required. Peter and his apprentice Aaron's work was completed to the highest standard and have set our house up for the future with their work. Thanks to them both for their high quality work, and would recommend their services to any one.

Absolutely fantastic service provided by Chris and our installer Peter, very professional and experienced workmanship. After a unexpected and unfixable breakdown, reasonable prices and flexibility with payment insured we had our new boiler installed asap. Seriously cannot fault the service and commitment to quality.

I got quotes from other companies however Chris was the only one who gave me a quote, which included everything I wanted for my new heating system. He was great at explaining everything clearly. Peter and Aaron turned up exactly on time on the day arranged and worked all day. Unfortunately, it was more complicated than expected so it took another day to complete. They even stayed until past 9pm on a Saturday to make sure all the work was completed.
Peter and Aaron were brilliant! They gave me updates throughout the day, were very knowledgeable and friendly. They definitely deserve the 5 stars!
