We were unsure about a combi boiler but Chris explained it all and convinced us it was the way to go. And I'm glad he did. New combi boiler fitted in a few hours. Old boiler, hot water tank and cold water tank taken away. Shower pump removed too as no need for it now. No mess left and all working perfectly. Pressure in shower now is amazing! Hopefully will see some savings in our evergy bills. 10/10

So I wasn't looking forward to the replacement of my mother's boiler and these guys just made it so easy and quick.
From start to finish the whole experience was relaxed, professional and efficient. The salesman was gracious and understanding and the engineer was expert and tidy. The job took a day to finish and everything was guaranteed and not as expensive as i had feared.
I am happy to recommend this outfit to anyone in need of their services.

Chris came, gave us a highly competative quote carefully went over all the various options gave us the plusses and minuses of the various systems (which aligned with my research). Then to clinch the deal told us there had been a cancellation for the next day, and since our existing 18 year old boiler had just failed and was irreparable wew jumpted at the chance. The next day the engineer arrived as promised and the installation was completed by early pm. a very tidy job carried out by a skilled engineer.

Chris came out & explained the best system for us & all technical options, very knowledgeable, no hard sell. After agreeing to go ahead new combi boiler & 6 radiators fitted the following week. James & Norrie were excellent, very polite, clean & tidy. We are very pleased with this company from start to finish they are true professionals. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, thank you

New Boiler Installation.
We were recently informed that the boiler in the property which we own and lett to tennants was not fit for purpose due to advanced age. Amongst others I contacted The Boiler Exchange and Chris replied promptly and we arranged to meet the next day. He gave me the advice and information that i needed to make a decision on the type of boiler that we required. I was impressed with his knowledge and clarity. We agreed a fair price for the work that was required and work started the next day. Our tennants were very impressed with competence and speed of the two fitters who carried out the work, it was of a high standard and carried out very quickly and with a minimum of disruption.We were supplied with all the necessary accreditations and paperwork that is requirwe with a new install. I would not hesitate to reccomend The Boiler Exchange to anyone who requires work done on their Gas systems.

Chris came out to the property to do a quote and was very informative and professional, he double checked everything and i was satisfied i qs getting good quality from a good company, 3 days later was the install and james was great he arrived at 8am and didnt stop until finished the job, he explained everything to me and the install went smoothly

Excellent! Delighted overall from quote to completion for boiler replacement. I received the quote on Wednesday evening and the work started the following Monday and was completed the next day, leaving no mess. Both Chris and Peter were great. I would definitely recommend The Boiler Exchange.

Great job and experience from start to finish. Good finance options and the installation was well done without a fuss, and took the time to talk me through the hive thermostat. Had enough boiler problems in my last place to be able to spot a good company by now, would definitely recommend.

Excellent service from initial enquiry to completed job!!! This company are seriously good. After emailed enquiry, Chris rang and arranged to survey and quote later that same day and was happy to fit in with my other plans. He arrived on time and explained clearly the way the boiler systems works and recommended a couple of suitable options and a clear price for the job.
Quote accepted, replacement boiler was scheduled for the following week, James arrived early and started work straight away.

Men arrived on time and worked well all day with very little upheaval. Roofer came in afternoon and fixed the flue and drain pipe. When they were finished the gas engineer explained the controls very clearly. They left the place very tidy. A good job done would highly recommend.
