Excellent experience all round. Chris came out to give us a quote quickly after contacting him. Once we decided to go with The Boiler Exchange, they arranged a date for installation within a week. On the day the heating engineer, James, was really helpful, answering all our questions, got the job completed quickly and efficiently, he was also really good at helping to ensure the cat didn’t escape during all the works.

Very happy with the finished product, and the service from the whole team, would definitely recommend.

Had a new boiler installed on Monday and though there was some teething problems they were swiftly attended to.
Both the person who installed it and Chris to cane to resolve my teething problems were excellent and I would have no problem recommending Boiler Exchange.
Also, there annual check and maintenance fee is much lower than I am paying just now.

From nightmare to roastie toasty! We had been without heating for 10weeks we got quotes from different companies. so confusing the price difference was vast, the information was contradictory.so confusing!
Then we spoke to Chris at the boiler exchange and wow straightforward, explained everything in layman's terms and a good price.He didn't make me feel stupid and told me exactly what to expect, he didn't treat me like 'the little woman '. Fab!
When it came to fitting James and Norrie were quick,tidy and pleasant guys all was simple and smooth. So thank you all at the boiler exchange!

Just out of hospital and bed bound then yes bolier goes no water or heating-disaster. Started to get quotes from different places but time was a big issue as well as price. After meeting Chris and recieving my quote ( completed and finalised around 11pm ( appreciate the above and beyond) on Monday. He said he would find a way to get this done ASAP considering my circumstances . Called him Tuesday morning as he had one of the best quotes price wise but said if I got in touch by Tue am he would get a Team over Wednesday 8am and all being good we will be back up running that day. James and Norrie arrived 8am on point and had us with a new boiler and all radiators replaced up and running g by around 1pm. Hive set up and app installed 👌
Was so great to go from Monday ( 1st contact ) to Wednesday 1pm back up and running . Really appreciate the care , urgency and delivery of service exactly as promised in quote with every angle covered . Great value and service 👏 👌

Great experience with Boiler Exchange. Replaced old system boiler with a new combi boiler. Everything was explained in full detail during the survey carried out by Chris two days before the install took place. The fitters James and Norrie arrived on time, introduced themselves to my wife and got straight on with their job. The standard of work carried out was to a high level. Everyone involved worked hard and took good care when doing the job. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we Boiler exchange contacted us after our online check they were very efficient friendly Chris booked us a time that suited us the same day and explained the benefits of the Veismann boiler and went through and explained the finance offers and could get our new boiler fitted the next day. Advised us of the engineer who would be footing our Boiler.James was there the next morning and was very friendly and got straight to the task of setting up cover our floors were he would be working there was no fuss and he did an excellent Job great service all round from speaking to boiler exchange and the email communications from the office team. New boiler fitted replacing an old system boiler that had a tank on top floor. Excellent job done and everything promised at point of sale was delivered. Excellent neat job done of pipework and installation too. Highly recommend.

The Boiler Exchange were v responsive to my initial enquiry and very thorough at the initial consultation; keen to accommodate all the extra bits i was after. I was after a replacement boiler & wanted it done before I get a new kitchen so also had some additional requirements around adjusting old pipes, moving a stop cock & removing a radiator. The job got booked in within the week. Peter did the work for me & he really takes pride in his workmanship & a job done well - which counts for a lot. He worked hard to get all the aspects just as I needed them for the kitchen even though it got complicated with very old lead, copper & brass pipes. The job took longer than expected but Peter stayed late on the first day & came back the next so he could finish it without rushing. I really appreciated the fact he wanted to be 100% about everything before he wrapped up. The price, considering the extra jobs, was competitive with other quotes I'd received. I'd recommend based on my experience.

Our old boiler packed up on New year's Eve, leaving us with no heating or hot water during the seasonal holidays. Contacted the theboilerexchange.co.uk 3rd January, they came the same day to give us a quote and new system was installed 2 days later. Great service from start to finish. Very tidy workmanship, delighted with new boiler. I would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone.

Cannot recommend The Boiler Exchange highly enough. Having received a quote from British Gas, who wanted to rip up my floor to install all new piping, erect scaffolding in my neighbours garden to do god knows what to the outside, and do all of it for quite the massive fee, I decided to look around a little more.

Within days a friendly and helpful chap was around who took me through the different choices, presented options that would avoid the need to redo all of my pipework, laid out the timelines and programme of works clearly (a great help for a dunce like me when it comes to these things!) and quote a price almost half that of British Gas. Less than a week later, two other chaps turned up, and in no time and fuss at all had the new boiler installed, tidied up and working like a dream.

So very happy I found The Boiler Exchange rather than plugging on with BG!

We were completely satisfied with our boiler replacement. The team were able to fit a new boiler at short notice after our old one broke down the week before Christmas. They were friendly, professional and offered finance options which met our needs. I would highly recommend.

this company has been superb from beginning to end, chris explained everything prior to install and James the fitter was very professional and fast installing the new boiler on the day. My only irk is being left to install the hive hub as it doesn't seem to want to connect, spent hours trying all the advice online to get connected, spent an hour on the hive chat with no results and now waiting for a hive specialist to call me which can be up to 24hrs to help so that i can control my heating with the hive app. If the installers connected this for you on the day it would have been 5 stars.

Does what it says on the tin. My old boiler was replaced with a very good one. The engineer who installed it was obviously a professional. I could not have hoped for a better job.

We needed a new boiler and two radiators. Great service, extremely helpful team. The work was carried out well and with one day. Very highly recommended.

I found Chris, James and Norrie at the boiler exchange company to be extremely professional, conscientious and above all efficient. After an amazing job fitting my new boiler I had a small part needing repaired on a old radiator which they were more than happy to help with. Highly recommended 👍

From survey to installation, everything went fabulous. I would give 6 stars if I could! Credit to Joe who worked tirelessly all day and never left until he made sure that everything was working perfectly. Throughout the process, my mind was always put at ease with answers to every question I had.
