This was a milestone birthday and we wanted a great cake to celebrate. Cake Daddy provided an amazing cake to the door beautifully presented. The cake itself was really good. Not at all dry and very tasty! Chatting with the team there was easy over WhatsApp. And a quick phone call to confirm delivery time. Definitely will use Cake Daddy again!

Ordered a custom made cake, the cake wasn’t identical to the photo I gave this company but it wasn’t too bad, the service was completely disgusting I paid for delivery on a scheduled time slot that they assured me on, I ended up having to postpone my little girls party & having to go to the bother of picking the cake up myself anytime I called or texted the cake daddy I was being hung up on without any explanation for a late & also non delivery, the staff who answered the phone had disgusting customer service no manners whatsoever just kept avoiding calls, messages etc & hanging the phone up soon as they recognised my voice, I’ll never dream of using this service again, we are very disappointed with the outcome!!

The wrong cake was delivered. It looked beautiful and was delivered in perfect condition, but it was the wrong cake and had the name of a different child on (different size and design).

Called and spoke to a man who didn’t apologise, told me to WhatsApp. Pointed out that I had done so but didn’t receive a reply. Told me I needed to get off the phone so that he could check it. 10 minutes later received one word on WhatsApp: “Okay.” All my messages after that were ignored.

Called again and he told me that the manager would call me back in an hour. The manager did not call me back.

Called again, the same man heard my voice, and hung up.

Called again and finally got to a nice lady who helped all she could (refund, attempting to post cake toppers so I could redecorate it myself), but ultimately couldn’t get the right cake to us for my daughter’s 4th party.

First time to order the birthday cake via the Cake Daddy.It's delivered in the early morning and the cake looks as the image from the website and the taste is good. Definitely recommend it!

The order was wrong i asked for cream cheese and go butter cream. The cake was dry. I'm disappointed as the cake was hard

The service here is fantastic. They are very helpful and make sure your order is with you on time. I even received a photo of the cake before it was sent out. Brilliant place to order Cake from.

I have to say- reading some of these reviews after I’d already purchased made me a bit nervous. But I shouldn’t have worried- I think the few bad reviews are reflective of every company who occasionally make mistakes, that’s all. I had not been able to find the cake I needed for my son’s birthday as I thought there would be plenty on the supermarket shelves where I’d spotted one - there wasn’t. I urgently needed a Mario cake the next day in time for a party the following morning. I placed the order easily via their website, I checked in with them in messenger and they replied. I worried and asked them if it was definitely going to be there. They resssured me and told me it would even be available for tracking so I could have peace of mind. I received several notifications about the progress of the delivery and it arrived earlier than expected! The box was brilliant and well packaged- they had even written lots of notes all over it saying there’s a cake inside, this way up, careful, fragile etc- and notes on the box for me about the pins keeping the board from sliding in the box and cake posts in the cake etc. Very comprehensive and diligent of them. The cake itself was gorgeous - exactly what we wanted and tasty too ! Was extremely impressed with them and they saved the day!!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳

We ordered a cake from The Cake Daddy for my birthday and it exceeded all expectations. The cake itself was absolutely delicious, beautifully decorated and full of flavour.

The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Communication was clear, friendly and professional, and the whole process felt effortless. Delivery was prompt and everything arrived in perfect condition.

Such an easy and enjoyable experience overall. Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again. Five stars without hesitation.

In response to your recent reply I think the language was quiet appropriate and normal whereas the manager lacked complete professionalism and did not wanted to listen what I wanted to explain she was just carrying on with her words which was completely out of topic I wasn’t there to listen to her lecture my point was to resolve issue anyways whereas I contacted directly to urself regarding cake which came in complete mess but the messages have been left ignored and it’s been more then 2 weeks now. Rather then blaming your customers if you could kindly focus on matter that needs to be resolved. Thank you

75 £ for a cake supposedly for 22 people it was 6” x 4” wide with a mass produced photo transfer ontp of sonic. i could have bought the same thing from asda for £22
do not wwaste your money they don’t even reply to your emails when you complain be careful theyll con you too

The cake was packaged very securely and I can’t fault the cake x
My mums 80 th birthday and she has baked cakes her whole life
