Ordered a cake nothing like the picture it came damaged wonky and not even the colour I asked for i asked for a refund but got told that we sorry and to cut the cake and something will get sorted for me taxed back to be told nothing can be done after ur the ones that told me to cut the cake and enjoy the day and it will get sorted not even been offered half my money never mind a refund I couldn't charge the cake as it was to late and i was at the venue already

Spider-Man cake
Ordered a Spider-Man cake for my grandson, which he absolutely loved. The sponge and buttercream was delicious and the cake was enjoyed by everyone.
It arrived in plenty of time for the party, wrapped really well and delivered very carefully to Dorset by the delivery driver.

Altered and simplified cake design without consent
The cake arrived with multiple damages and a noticeably squashed box. The website arranged refund without too much complication after a day. However, it is worth flagging that their cake maker altered and simplified the design of the cake without consent. Instead of as advised - using a piper to decorate the side and crated the patterns on the top - they simply stuck a plain sheet of icing on the side and printed the patterns on an edible sheet and laid it as “decoration”. This is not at all acceptable and could be deemed mis-information in their sale process
