The whole process took less than 10 minutes after uploading the 2 verification photos. I ordered 4 amazon gift cards and received them as PDF files attached to the delivery email. I paid with PayPal. I would use them again. 4 stars instead of 5 because of the photo upload requirement and so people will know this is a real review.

After a very lengthy account creation process during which, i gave them my name, then my email address which they verified with a code, then my phone number which they verified with an sms message, then my personal photo custom made for them holding my Canadian passport, then a second photo also custom made for them at their request holding my order id, i also verified by connecting my facebook account to their site, and finally they immediately charged my paypal account $400 and the charge was verified and logged in my paypal wallet. the order screen said delivery will be instant and same day. with all of the above bank-level verification, they said my account was now 100% verified according to their own profile panel dashboard. yet when i contacted their so called 24-7 support someone answered who works for a different company and supports multiple websites, said i should allow ample time for the order to be approved by their management. Hours later, after going through all that trouble, nothing. They seem to be very lazy, the support completely unable to assist or actually know what's going on. I am very concerned about having given so much personal info to what now appears to be a scam site and even if it is not that their incompetent employees or management will misuse my info. it is unreasonable to ask for so much info for verification, and to add insult to injury then proceed to not honor the order. other card delivery companies like amazon, and mygiftcardsupply respond and deliver the ordered cards from my same accounts within less than 5 mins. i will be doing business with them in the future and will report thecardcloset to paypal to reverse the charges as well as the BBB.

update: 7 hours after all of the above they cancelled the order but have not yet refunded the charge on my credit card or paypal. so after all this trouble i have to chase after them to get my refund too. Meaning even with my account 100% verified by there admission, they took the cash, cancelled the order and caused more trouble by not refunding. They couldn't be any worse if they tried...

update: my bank ordered a chargeback, i sent them proof today of the above. additionally the vendor contacted trustpilot claiming i made no order from them. i sent trustpilot proof to the contrary. the vendor was counting on me being too lazy to respond to the email from trustpilot. this actually shows they are even more disreputable than i initially thought.

I bought several cards the last months, and I come to update my feedback saying that they are still totally reliable, and the delivery is super fast surprises me, it is faster than amazon.
