Update further to the reply from Cardcloset. You had plenty of chance to assist me in the 10 very detailed messages I sent but you didn't!. This was NOT a large order is was $10 (ten dollars!). If you want to learn anything from this or any other of your negative reviews, try proper customer service! But more importantly, make it very clear and transparent to your customers that you will take their money, confirm the purchase and THEN require every ID a person possesses including passport if they actually want to receive what they have already paid for! And yes some companies do ask for a form of ID but it's there to read BEFORE you make an order. You have everything to commit identity fraud or if someone hacked into your system could. You don't delete the information which is illegal to keep if requested that you
not do so. My review stands 100%! - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are plenty of others who provide an excellent service and no worries about security or privacy or totally unnecessary purchasing processes!

If you purchase from this site - BEWARE! AFTER YOU HAVE PAID they then start asking you to send a photo of yourself with proof of the purchase order code. They already have your name, email, mobile and then RIGHT AT THE END they want a photo of you holding your passport! Not only does the whole process take forever, if you don't give them all this information they threaten to cancel your order and when you do, try getting a refund! They have everything for someone to steal your identity. All that for a £10 purchase!

On Sunday i Purchased a 100 google play card from this site ( Order #804-408-848) the transaction was instant and i received me card and code via email and website account, now after i attempted to redeem the code via play store, i received and error stating that the code have been used with another account, it was simple the card they emailed me was used....So i contacted them via support email and the ask me to screenshot the error i was getting, reach out the google play support and submit me conversation along with screen shots which i did. After going through 5 different persons via email about the issue.

Im still awaiting my replacement card or a full refund, their communication and customer service is horrible, i wouldn't recommend anyone purchasing any cards from this website and the are to lazy to assist pay customers, i have already contacted PayPal for them to look into the transaction and the support team isn't responding to my emails. i will continue to post reviews on them until i receive my replacement card or full refund as i am very ANNOYED!!!!

Paypal didnt give me back my money, because of policy and Thecardcloset.com never gave me a replacement card....

Made a purchase, their site glitches and sent me though payment process a second time. I got confirmation of 2 orders. I immediately asked them to cancel the second. They said they could not because they both already processed. I received and email from them asking me to verify the second order. I said I do not verify or authorize the second order. I have only received one of the gift card but they still refuse to cancel the second charge.

In response to their reply below. I STILL have NOT received the second gift card so your statement is false. You charged me twice and sent me one gift card not two.

Great service Superb for ordering Gift cards for the US-Store

I was skeptical about using this website, but after reviewing the 4 star reviews here (they seemed more genuine),I decided to try it. I have to say it worked just fine. Of course, totally understand why they would want you to verify your identity, due to fraud and scams. Ahaha, took me a while to figure out how to take a picture so the order number was in the right direction, but approval was quick (like 5-10 minutes the most). Verified my mobile number, order number, identity (drivers license), and email address. I wanted to buy a gift card using PayPal credit. Gift cards worked just fine on Amazon, will be using this website again!

This service is scam, they want you to send them personal information, photo of ID and after all they cancels your order without explanation. And they have limit one order per month for new accounts. Also they respond very long. I didn’t recommend ever using them. I think they identity collectors.
