I have been studying the Medical Reception
I have been studying the Medical Reception course with The Career Academy for a week now, and so far my experience has been very positive.
From the beginning of my enrolment, Vikram provided me with a great understanding of the course and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and comfortable to start my studies.
During my first week with the academy, Charlyn also called to check on me and followed up to see if there was anything I did not understand. I truly appreciated the support, encouragement, and care shown by the team.

The tutor was great to talk to. She sorted the issue I had, which was not actually a problem at all. She reassured me that I was doing everything right, and was really encouraging. Also reiterated that I should feel comfortable to call any time I have a query.
After the call I felt supported and motivated to carry on and complete the course.
To any other student I recommend you do reach out as the tutors are there to help.

I would highly recommend The Career Academy due to flexibility and material making more difficult concepts easier to understand through detailed examples in the course material.
I appreciate the flexibility of the programme. I moved house and it caused delays in my studies for two months whilst packing and then unpacking, but due to the detailed study material I managed to work my way through the material. Examples and course material makes it easy to understand, especially where there are more technical concepts.
