From start to finish Toby was on the ball. Changed my mind about car, but Toby just simply sorted docs for new motor. They seem to go the extra mile,I was well pleased in just over a week now driving my stunning audi a4 quarto. Customer service got through every time. I would highly recommend using car loan Warehouse. Toby Relph the customer advisor who was assigned to deal with my application was extremely professional and was able to find me the best deal he could for the purchase of the vehicle I had found, he dealt with all the paperwork and checks in a timely and professional manner. This is the second time I have used their services and I will use them again in the future, they show excellent customer services and the whole process only took three days to finalise. So if your looking for Car Finance in the future try these guys first they are excellent at what they do!!!!

I can honestly say that I have never received service like this from any other company in the UK. Toby, Alex, Hannah and whoever else I spoke with during my car search - You guys are rock stars and really made a difficult process (Circumstances couldn't avoid) really easy to deal with. Constant updates from multiple people showed me that there is an emphasis on teamwork here and always having my best interests at heart, eventually got me financed and a deal struck with a main car dealership.

Have just had my first experience of Car loan warehouse and have to say I'm over the moon. I pick my car up tomorrow the whole service I received from Alex Kirk was impeccable. She was very professional, friendly and explained everything to me, she literally did everything for me I just picked my car. The company is amazing and Alex is a credit to the customer service industry. I had one hiccup with some paperwork which was my own fault and Alex was very patient throughout the whole process and kept me updated at every turn. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again in the future.
