Excellent Service! The Carriage was recommended to us by a family member. We are so pleased that we decided to give them a try. Vicky was very friendly when we arrived. We had a good look around the show room and we were really impressed with all of the stock. All good quality beds and mattresses. A great variety to choose from (all stylish). Vicky gave us good advice regarding what type of mattress would be best suited to us and our sleeping requirements. We ended up with a beautiful fully upholstered ottoman bed base and headboard, with a split/zipped mattress to give maximum comfort and to prevent waking on movement. We have never slept so well since purchasing our bed. Delivery was smooth and they built the bed up for us in situ. The whole experience has been excellent. I can’t recommend them enough. Lovely people, amazing products! Thank you!

The shop contains a range of high quality beds/mattresses, many made of natural materials which can be tried for comfort. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable whilst respecting our preferences (a harder bed although we were lighter in weight than typical for an extra firm bed). The mattress arrived when stated and the delivery team were very helpful. The mattress is really comfortable and as hoped gives a good night's sleep. It was a much better experience than our attempts to buy online.

We were searching for a new bed and bed frame and struggling to make sense of the huge number of mattresses on offer. A friend recommended the Carriage and we are so glad they did. Vicky and Aimee were incredible in explaining the differences and detail of different brands, taking our priorities and offering us suggestions. Their product knowledge is second to none and they offer advice and guidance without ever being pushy or patronizing. They are amazing. Our bed was ordered and delivered exactly within the timeframe they had outlined. The delivery and installation was also incredibly professional, personal and considerate. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for the range they offer, but mostly for the service. Choose a family run independent business, every time. We have already recommended them to friends.

As soon as we walked into the shop Vicky made us feel welcome. She had great knowledge of the beds in store and explained everything we needed to know to enable us to choose the right bed for us. We were left for several minutes to try each bed and to give us ample time to decide, with absolutely no pressure. The payment deposit was easy and the bed was delivered within the timescales set out by Vicky. We are very pleased with our purchase and would definitely recommend The Carriage.

We found The Carriage in Guiseley when searching for companies selling beds locally. We went along and they had a huge range to choose from. Aimed was
extremely helpful in guiding us to the beds that suited our needs both bed bases and mattresses. We tested several and found one that we felt right and in the right price bracket. We ordered them along with a bedhead to match. They were delivered this week and we have had 1 sleep! Yes it feels different to our old bed but that was to be expected. We were very pleased with the whole buying and delivery process. Certainly would recommend.

We called into the very attractive shop in Burley in Wharfedale in search of a single bed for a spare room. The very helpful lady made recommendations and also suggested we visit the shop in Guiseley where they had a particular mattress to look at which might suit our needs. We visited the Guiseley outlet and made the decision to purchase. We were able to select the colour of the bed base and were told delivery would be just over a week. The bed was delivered within the timeframe very efficiently and pleasantly. The whole experience was excellent.

We have used the Carriage for several recent purchases including 3 mattresses and found Vicky to be extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable while the choice of mattresses was extensive and the service was excellent in a very relaxed atmosphere. Delivery was also earlier than originally promised.
We have also used the Carriage previously for our partial kitchen refit and on all occasions we found their customer service and workmanship to be first class with an exceptional range of units to choose from. Thank you William.
I have absolutely no hesitation in giving The Carriage my highest recommendation for both services. You really couldn’t do better!

We visited the showroom a couple of times and on both occasions found Aimee very friendly and informative. There was no pressure to buy but was on hand if we needed to chat about mattresses. After careful consideration we decided to buy a Harrison Spinks mattress and was ordered with a four weeks lead time. The mattress was delivered on our day of choice and was handled with care and respect to our property. We also received a complementary gift of chocolates which was a nice touch. So overall a great experience with this family owned business and would recommend and definitely use their services again.

This is our second purchase from The Carriage, Burley. and once again we received a high level of quality, personal service both on our visit to the shop and with the delivery and assembly of our new bed and mattress. Our preference is to shop local and support independent businesses for this very reason. We are delighted with our purchase.

Fantastic store that stocks a good range of the Enchanted House Beds, amongst other high quality brands. We were helped by Vicky who was lovely and very knowledgeable, answering all our questions patiently, and helping us with the dilemma of mattress tensions. She was very transparent about the manufacturing processes, and pros and cons of various brands, and also about aftercare, and when the sales would be. We purchased our Enchanted House bed from here, after visiting several stores across the country. The pricing was very competitive, and the whole process from choosing, to ordering to delivery was great. Bed arrived on schedule and is absolutely wonderful. Would highly recommend this store!

Couldn’t fault this business, local to us - we were served by Aimee who’s product knowledge made choosing our new mattress so easy and hassle free. Delivered two weeks after ordering (on a date and time to suit us), installed by William and his son, old mattress removed which was a job less for us- oh and a free mattress protector thrown in too 👍

6 years ago we bought a Somnus mattress from The Carriage, the service was great then but even better when the mattress started to fail a few months ago. Vicky liaised with Harrison Spinks to arrange an assessment and a replacement all under the warranty. Would highly recommend The Carriage to anyone looking for a new bed/mattress.

Vicky and Aimee were both very knowledgeable and helpful when I was choosing my new mattress and spent plenty of time with me.

William was really helpful as we were choosing our new divan and mattress. When it arrived much earlier than anticipated he then stored it for a further 3 weeks whilst we completed renovation works.

On the advice of friends I visited the Guiseley shop - much easier when buying a bed alone for the first time, than heading to a furniture store in Leeds. I had plenty of time to try the beds but the fact that they sold the same make as my previous bed helped.
Service was excellent. When the bed was delivered I was given help to sort out my lights and radio as well.
It felt as if friends were helping me.

It was a pleasure to deal with Vicky, William and Aimee. As returning customers I can’t fault the quality and the customer service dealing with this independent bed company. This time we had three beds delivered to a holiday home, we dropped the keys off and the next contact we had was pictures of the beds in situ looking fabulous. We’ve just been and slept in the beds for the first time and they are fantastic quality! Vicky totally knows the products and gave fab advice so we got three beds to meet our needs. Can’t recommend the service and quality enough THANK YOU !
