Order came really quickly

Order came really quickly. Didn't have the exact item in stock, but communicated well to find a solution. Excellent quality of products and service.

Not the best this time around

Bought 2 Orange County disposable vapes. One worked fine, but the other stopped working after less than 30 minutes of use. The blue light kept blinking when trying to inhale. According to google this means the battery died, in spite of the brief use time. I emailed the cbd store about this and asked for a replacement vape to be sent out.

They responded that they could send a replacement but I would need to return the faulty device to them first so that they could test it. I would have no problem doing this, but was disappointed to see they expected me to pay for return shipping. I’ve bought a number of products from CBD Store over the years and never had a complaint before this. The service and range of products are great normally, but I don’t think I can use them again knowing that if a product is not working, I’ll be expected to foot the bill for any sort of replacement or refund.

Im sorry to hear you had an issue with your Orange County device. Unfortunately we do have to request products be returned to our store for testing, as these are manufacturing errors.

In relation to return shipping, we always get our customers to post back any faulty items and then we refund them the cost of postage, once you send us a postage reciept. This is standard procedure for returns.

Great experience with the CBD Store

Great experience with the CBD Store! On a Saturday morning, I emailed with questions which were answered very promptly. The gal I dealt with was very courteous and informative. I am very satisfied with the product which arrived quickly.

Great experience got all my products…

Great experience got all my products was a little late but I emailed to ask about my delivery and they got back to me straight away and i didn’t think about it being because it’s near Christmas might be a bit late due to high amounts of ordering.
