I had a disappointing experience with the CCTV Store. I reached out multiple times via email with questions about my order and never received a response. It’s extremely frustrating when customer service is lacking, and it leaves me feeling ignored. Due to this lack of communication, I’ve decided not to purchase from them again. I hope they improve their customer support in the future, as it could make a significant difference in overall satisfaction. ORDER TCS-W1811

My old cctv recorder died and the brand…

My old cctv recorder died and the brand was no longer in business. Called the cctv store and they were helpful in recommending a suitable replacement as I wasn't sure which dvr would work with the camera setup. New dvr arrived next day and worked out of the box.
