Please DO NOT buy your Paris museum…

Please DO NOT buy your Paris museum passes from this company. You will save yourself a lot of stress. They asked for money up front and dialed to deliver, leaving us with no passes once in Paris. They emailed us and said they would refund our money and now all of the sudden their support email isn’t working? So they basically stole our money. SHAME ON YOU! Karma is a b**ch. I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Affairs and I highly suggest that everyone follow suit.

And FYI, since my trip has already ended, if you really need museum passes, your best bet is to buy them in Paris with the actual Paris Tourist/Visitor company, it’s regulated,it’s official and CHEAPER. Hotel Ville was one of them in Paris city Center.

Rating a business that fails to deliver…

Rating a business that fails to deliver a product or service is hard for me. But when The City Case, Inc. promised to refund my money ($463.50) in April 2018 and in September 2018, November 2018, and finally by the CEO Pierre in December 2018 (assuring me that the day after I received his email I would get my money) I think I've felt the need to write this review. Especially since I checked with PalPal (their payment processor) and they could see the original payment but no refund. Now The City Case won't return my emails.

I like the product. The City Case adds value to it. The service has become less enjoyable. I use to recommend them to my family and friends. How can I now?

You can make your own decision, but I have made mine for my future trips.

The City Case stole our money and delivered nothing

We bought passes from this company with the idea of visiting Paris. Unfortunately, our daughter who has a disability, could not travel for the dates we were planning.
We asked the company for a refund. Matt, if this even is a real person, replied to us immediately that they will cancel the order and issue a refund.
A month has passed and no refund has been issued yet. I contacted them 5 times since, just to get the same email response, we are working on the refund.
This appears to be a fraudulent company. We are trying to resolve our case through Paypal right now as this is how we paid. We received no passes nor a refund. If this is not a theft and fraud, I don't know what is.

Do not use this company

Do not use this company. We paid $652.00 for services from them and received nothing except excuses and promises of a refund. We still have not received a refund and are in the process of initiating legal action. Stay away!

This company promised us a refund numerous times and only when compelled by PayPal and my CC company did we receive the refund. It took over 6 months to get our money back. Do not make the same mistake we did. Stay away!

Terrible terrible service.

Terrible terrible service.. Ordered passes for Paris 2 months ago and they were quick to get my my money but I have not received my passes. I have emailed them twice and I have gotten no response..It looks like others have had the same problem. I am getting very nervous as I paid 1290.00 for 6 Paris Pass Packages.

..update.....

Terrible service..... purchased 4 museum passes, never received
I opened claims (it was 3 different transactions) through PayPal, they asked me to close them and they would refund me. I was able to close one and nearly 2 months later I have still not received the refund promised. Other 2 was refunded by PayPal. I will never use them again!

UPDATE: received the refund promised gave them another chance after being promised a discount and fedex delivery and they came through with flying colors.... kudos to Matt, who I’ve been emailing back and forth, for finally getting things right and keeping me as a customer.

You cannot reach this company by phone…

You cannot reach this company by phone and there is NO LIVE CHAT. I leave for Europe on Friday June 8th and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY PASSES!!! I was told I would have them by the end of May and it is the 5th of June and I am not a happy customer at all!

If I had known that there was no phone number I would not have purchased these from this company. Why no phone?

WHERE ARE MY PASSES?????

I purchases a Paris Pass from City Case…

I purchases a Paris Pass from City Case last year. The delivery of my pass was on time...but, a little scarey for this over planner because it only came about 2-3 weeks before my departure time. However...due to a passport issue we never got to leave the country. They refunded my pass completely...for which I was very thankful. So, naturally, when we are actually going to get to take this trip this year (barring another disaster) I ordered my Paris Pass from City Case again. This is the reason for the 3 stars....It am less than 2 weeks out from my departure and no pass....and I can not get up with them. I have sent numerous emails, I have called them (just today found a number) and as mentioned by another person...the chat just seems to be some sort of delusion....I can not find it. I will gladly upgrade my 3 stars if I get some communication and passes before I leave. I'm just a little freaked out that I can't reach anyone.

PS: 5/30/18: I was told that I would get a 50% refund because of all the trouble. I still don't have it....and they are not answering emails anymore. Very frustrating.

Warning to future travelers- The City Case, INC. Over promised, under delivered. Like the other's, I canceled my purchase because of delivery time. Order not delivered, waiting on refund for weeks

Much like other reviewers, The City Case has failed to deliver my order despite ample time before my trip. Now they have failed to even respond to my emails about the refund they promised.

I placed my order on Aug. 28 for my early November trip to Paris. I assumed that I would have my passes well in hand before my departure date. Boy was I wrong. After repeated emails to the support team, and multiple assurances that my order would arrive in time, they said it could not be delivered to my Paris rental and cancelled the order for a refund.
(At one point they said my order had been shipped and should have arrived to my house, but then they failed to give me tracking information)

In an effort to be fair, I waited to see if the refund would appear on my credit card, but it has not. I have sent multiple emails regarding the refund and been met with silence.

This company is definitely not legitimate and do not waste your time. Taking an international trip is stressful enough without having to deal with empty promises from these people.

Worst Online Experience

I bought Paris Museum Passes and two other items totaling $310 from the City Case on September 13th for a trip to Paris on November 8th. Two days before my trip, the company sent me an email letting me know that the items I had purchased would not be delivered on time. I requested a cancellation of the order and the company agreed to refund my money. This happened on November 6th, and my money has not been refunded to this day. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with an online company. I wouldn't recommend this site to anybody.

After waiting for three weeks for my money to get reimbursed to no avail, I had to open a claim through the credit card company used to purchase passes from The City Case. Credit card company is conducting an investigation to attempt to recover my money. This company is a scam.

Waiting for My Paris Pass

Leaving for my trip in less than 2 months. Still have not received my pass and am getting pretty nervous. Hopefully Matt sees this and gets in contact with me ASAP. Thanks for your help in making this trip unforgettable!

Too many excuses

I ordered Paris museum passes in mid-August for a trip in late September. After numerous email requests by me and numerous excuses by The City Case, I finally received the passes a day before my departure. The City Case said they would refund part of the purchase price for the inconvenience I experienced, but that never happened.

Paris metro pass

I bought my metro passes for Paris from this company about 2 months before my actual trip
I stayed in contact with them as I was very nervous but let me tell you Matt who works there responded immediately to all my emails and always put me at ease and when I arrived to my hotel they passes were at the reception waiting for me, I totally trust them and would always get my passes from them

I ordered Paris Pass

I ordered Paris Pass. It is approaching departure date and they are impossible to contact. No phone number...live chat NEVER works. Very aggravating. I don't want to waste time inn Paris with this..

Finally contacted by Matt via email. Promised one pass by 9/29 and the other by 9/30. Neither has arrived as of 3:15pm on 9/30.

Contacted by Matt again. Promised delivery on Monday October 2. Fedex came while I was away. Required signature (not my idea) so I have to drive 40 minutes to pick it up. I hope.

Amazon delivery has NOT arrived as of 15:15.

Ordered more than a month ago.

You don't deserve the 2 stars I gave. Seriously bad service.

Now, you dont respond at all. Ive paid and I get no service.

DO NOT BUY THIS TICKETS

The worse EVER!! I had to give a star cause it was the only way to write a review, I bought the package a month and a half prior to my trip, never got it, they wait until the last minute to supposedly it mail you, the ??? package and then they email you saying that it won't get on time so you can get it deliver at your hotel; Never happened, the just cancelled our order the day we arrived., instead they give us 2 complimentary cruise tour and we were 3, wouldn't recommend this site to anybody
