Very responsive and helpful

Matt answered emails right away despite the three hour time difference. He assured me that the passes will arrive on time even though there was a different, later date on the tracking. I can tell that City Case prides itself on excellent customer service and actually cares about the customer because they provide honest information and are very understanding if anything changes.

Product didn't deliver

We ordered for months and we were only notified 3days before we leave to paris, Left us hanging eventhough a full refund the trust that they will deliver ontime was very DISappointing.

Dear Fermin,

I'm sorry to hear that our service disappointed you and that we couldn't deliver your order (that you placed in May) on time.

Like explained to you, our new stock was delayed because of a strike happening in Paris at this moment. We tried to find another delivery alternative (like a hotel delivery) but it couldn't meet your plans. As requested, we canceled your order and you have received a full refund immediately.

Have a great time in Paris.

Best Regards,

The City Case Team

Excellent service getting passes to me.

This was a new experience for me and a company I had not used previously so I was a little uneasy trusting someone with that much money with delivery not at home. I found that they answered my emails promptly and reassuringly. They promised to deliver the passes to me and they did it. They were courteous always I look forward to using them again. Thank you?

Kept me Updated with Ticket Arrival

Bought the Paris Travel Pass to save time while in France. Tickets were expressed mailed after a short delay. The tickets arrived way before we left for our trip. I appreciated that City Case followed up with an email letting me know that the tickets were mailed and to expect the delivery since we had to have someone at house to sign for the package.

The City Case information is correct

I write this after our week in Paris We bought the Museum Pass for 4 days and a two day transit pass. Paris is overrun with tourists with museum passes. We had a 45 minute wait at the Orssay and almost that long at the Louvre. I suggest doing the other museums and pay their price because there isn't much of a wait. Paris is historic and enjoyable - just too many tourists agree....
The ease and efficiency of the City Case was great.

Was this worth it?

A few things you should know first:
1) If you buy a 2-day pass, you MUST use it on consecutive days. That means in Paris, in order to maximize your ticket, you might see the Louvre, Orsay, L'Orangerie, Pompidou, Notre Dame, the Pantheon, and a few others in two days.....that's pretty INTENSE! (Did you really want to do that to yourself?....it would've been nice to have a day break in between.)

2) Some of the venues allow you admission without charge, but you CANNOT "cut" the queue line (Notre Dame, St. Chapelle).....which means you could spend an hour or more at each of these.

If it is NOT a busy time of year, the lines to a lot of the large museums are not that long, especially if you get there early. Figure first what the regular admission would be, and then decide if the wait in lines is really that significant (especially in the "off-season").

Hope that helps
