My catching point was that your company has a representation in US and payment can be make in US $ which saves additional fees imposed if paid in foreign currency.
I expected faster delivery. I placed my order on March 30, 2014 and original delivery date showed 4/18/2014 which seemed to be too long. But when I got an e-mail about a delayed delivery to 4/25/14 I got nervous, because my departure from USA is 5/1/2014 to travel in Europe before going to Paris .
The team member Matt reassured me that my material will be delivered on time. I was happy to obtain my FedEx envelope 1 day before guaranteed delivery date.
I already gave your address to friends who plan to go to France next year.

Your delivery (signature required) was a day later than I expected. Otherwise, we'd have had a problem....no one to sign. Because you were a day late, my wife was home packing. So everything worked out fine.

in all the crazy last minute planning for our trip to France for 10people, I had neglected to get Paris Museum passes for our trip. Woke up at midnight, hardly able to breathe since I had realized my error....but City Case to the rescue!
Was able to get the passes in 2 days, and I didn't have to suffer the wrath of my friends as we were waiting in an endless line at the Louvre!

The cards arrived very quickly, which gave us time to look over them before our trip.
A Metro map was included, but not a map of bus routes.
There is an explanation with illustrations of how to use the cards, which is helpful.
We're glad we ordered them in advance rather than having to do that when we arrive in Paris.

The staff acquired and sent our Paris museum and metro tickets to us quickly and courteously when we had a very short time frame in which to act. They gave extra effort to make sure we had our tickets well before our departure.

We found out about City Case 4 days before we were leaving for Paris (and on a weekend). Their options were great, and exactly what we needed. And they got the passes to us within 2 days - with 2 days to spare - from France to CA. Great service.

A month before our departure date, I ordered Oyster cards (for London public transport) from The City Case. Their email said I should expect the cards by April 11. When the cards had not arrived, I received another email, saying they would arrive by FedEx on April 18, which they did. They were not exactly the cards I had ordered (lesser value), but the company said they would post a refund to my credit card, which had not happened last time I looked. I appreciate the fact that they sent the cards on time. I guess I am partly satisfied.

We purchased Passes/tickets through The City Case, Inc. for our first trip to Paris. Everything arrived, as promised...yet better! Prices were in dollars and there were no surprises or exorbitant shipping costs! I searched MANY companies before I decided on City Case...I would certainly use them again! Thank you so much for your easy and fast service in processing our order for The Paris Museum passes. Didn't expect to receive them until Friday, April 19, but they arrived via FedEx yesterday! (Wednesday, April 17). Very complete, and we look forward to using these in two weeks.

I asked for a change of my shipping address 4 days after I placed my order and they replied me right away and my package was received 4 days later. Really fast shipment!
