I like what they provide but there is no communication. I had to remind them of one of my orders. I liked their quick response but i feel that they need to be proactive in letting people know when they will receive what they ordered.

It was easy to understand the items I want to purchase (museum passes in Paris) and the website was easy to use. Excellent follow-up on my purchase and on its shipping.

The pass is good for the Metro and the bus system, but there was no map of bus services in the packet. Really would like to have had one as I will be riding the bus more often than the Metro......... or at least tell me where to get one when I arrive by Eurostar.
Otherwise it all worked very well. Had the bus map been included I would have given it
5 stars!

Hassle free website and quick delivery on museum passes in Paris made this a good choice.

Paris is a beautiful city with a lot of venues to see. You could spend a fortune and a lifetime waiting in lines. This is the best way to go!

If you need, say, a Paris Museum Pass and, according to your friends( who've been to Paris before) you've waited too long to order one that will arrive before you depart, contact The City Case, Inc. They will tell you if your friends are right or not and give you the best options for your situation. Excellent and courteous customer service. If they say you will get something by a specific date you can count on it!

Buying a museum pass saves time and money when one is on the go in a foreign city so I always buy a museum pass when there is one available. The City Case folks delivered my pass on schedule so now I just have to follow my itinerary to Paris so I can begin to enjoy it for four whole days! Just checked the 10 day weather forecast and Paris is going to be sunny and bright and warm during my stay! Merci!

We have just returned from Paris and were very pleased with the City Case Paris Package. All aspects of the kit worked perfectly. We used the Museum Pass, subway tickets, boat ride on the Seine and the Open Tour Hop-On, Hop-Off Bus. It is very beneficial not to have to pull out the credit card at every turn!

I did a fair bit of research for a museum pass, mentioned by Rick Steves. I thought we'd have to pick it up in Paris, which would require a special trip. I was happy to find a site that would sell it to us in advance, but their all included Metro service which we didn't want (we're big walkers, and while we'll certainly take the Metro, we wouldn't have gotten the value from the pass). I'm pretty sure they also only had a few options in terms of how many days the pass would cover. Then I found The City Case, which had passes available at good prices, for multiple days (we got 4-day passes), and we could opt out of the Metro fee. I also liked that the passes are shipped from the U.S., which takes some stress out. They ask your date of travel so they can be sure to get the passes to you in time: mine arrived a day earlier than expected, so 10 days before our planned departure. They were shipped via FedEx and required a signature, which was an extra security step I appreciated.

I had struggled a bit with local Paris sites to get a museum pass for a short trip to Paris with my daughter, due to difficulty arranging a pick up location, etc. Also their shipping fees to the US were almost as much as the passes themselves! The City Case was so much easier since I could get the pass mailed directly to my home at a very reasonable price. They guaranteed delivery 2 days before my trip - which was cutting it a little close, I thought, but the passes actually came a week before the expected date! It was very easy, and I would definitely use The City Case again.

Definitely would recommend to friends & relatives.

An easy way to visit a city

I recently traveled to Paris with my 17 year old daughter. Without knowing the city I was very concerned with how she and I would get around and also how we might navigate the long lines for certain museums like the Louvre and D'Orsay. The City Case team was excellent to work with. Through them I purchased a Paris Pass which arrived well before our departure date. Whenever I had questions the organization responded within 24 hours. I highly recommend this organization for those traveling abroad and elsewhere

We decided to buy the Paris Museum Pass at the last minute before we left the States. They were waiting for us when we checked into our Paris hotel 3days later. Couldn't ask for better service.

Easy to understand product description on website, priced in dollars not Euros so I understood the cost, and very responsive customer service to my deadline need.

This is our first trip to Paris and the offer from City Case met our needs at a reasonable price when compared to similar providers...The site advertises shipping from the US, but in fact the passes arrived via Fed Ex direct from Paris. The charges appeared on the credit card in US dollars avoiding additional charges for converting foreign currency. All in all, a good experience as we prepare to depart passes in hand. R
