Despite my confusion on ordering the wrong passes the first time, the team at the City Case were courteous and helpful. I was able to correct my order and still receive the passes in time for my trip. They even provided me with details on finding the best route to the locations I wanted to go. Very happy with this company and I would use their services again.

Amex would not work, though it had 10 min previously elsewhere, on a wordy order (3 names, 3 addresses). One phone call, a very pleasant, helpful, young-sounding man, who said "It will work in 10 minutes", and it did, with my order saved.
Paris Museum pass arrived on time and was well received by my son's girlfriend , who was on her first visit there. Success!

We paid for our passes in early March so that seemed sufficient time before our 3/28 departure for the passes to arrive by snail mail. Our one question to you was handled efficiently. We received an email to expect the passes by 3/26 and tracking number. This indicated passes enroute in France on 3/26. I work all day in a federal government facility. We cannot receive personal FedEx. The FedEx came to my house the morning of 3/27, but needed signature. I had to be in contact with FedEx twice to ensure which facility I could collect the letter at. I had to dash between appointments after work to a facility 4 towns over from my house to pick up the letter. It made last minute hectic preparations for a trip unnecessarily stressful. Even a few days earlier would have helped.

City Case was perfect. There were six of us traveling together to Paris. We wanted to have all tickets in our hands when we arrived. The City Case package was so, so organized: little slots for each ticket. I would definitely use them again.

Service was delivered as promised. Appreciated personal emails along the way.

Everything is in American dollars, which is great. Free shipping was offered but I paid a little more for faster shipping because I was ordering my pass a little late. The pass came on time and way before my travel date. It came sealed in a plastic wrapper with a folded map and instructions. I am very happy with The City Case and will definitely use them again when returning to Europe!

It is so easy to use the public transportation system in Paris when you have your Metro/Bus pass ready to go when you arrive! No fumbling at ticket machines or waiting at a ticket booth, you get right on a train or bus and go! I wouldn't do it any other way and have told many, many people about City Case.

This is my first trip using the resources available through City Case. I will be spending three days in Paris, and was told that I could get a lot of information about the city, and save money on transportation and museum entrances by using City Case. I contacted City Case and found out that they would have all of the information to me before I left, and I received it in two days after I ordered it, and in plenty of time to review it and plan before I left. City Case delivered as promised.
