I received our packageof tickets as promised and in plenty of time prior to our trip.

It was really nice to order The City Case Passes for Paris right here from the US and have them sent directly to us before leaving on our trip!
We had been to Paris before and used the Paris Pass, which was really good, but we had to find our way to the special office once we arrived to pick up the tickets. This is SO convenient and it feels great to know we will arrive with our tickets in hand!!
The City Case group also gave us options at a very reasonable price. And our package came exactly when they said it would be shipped with everything we had ordered ... very impressed!

There was a slight delay (3 days) in the estimated time of arrival of the passes, but City Case was nice and overnighted the passes to me. Great service.

The City Case, Inc. delivered as promised. The price was great and the service was excellent. Overseas travel can be a bit daunting, but this company makes the planning phase virtually painless.
I would strongly recommend this company's services. They'll remove some of your travel concerns and take care of troublesome details for you. This means, simply put, that you are much more free to enjoy your vacation and isn't that the whole point?

I recently purchased City Passes for our upcoming, brief visit to Paris. We are visiting Morocco the week before, and I wanted to be sure I had everythng before we departed the USA. Due to confusion of travel dates, I notified City Case via email when I had not received my City Passes three days before departure. I heard back from them within 15 minutes, and they sent our passes overnight Fed Ex. A wonderful company to work with! I highly recommend!

I was very happy about the whole transaction and the customer support that was displayed by the team. They honored the price of the shopping bag content, although the price had gone up. Look forward using the pass in Paris next weekend.

We purchased 2 City Case packets for France recently and the company came through with prompt delivery, also, they were easy to communicate with. Perhaps the only thing that they could do ahead of time is inform their customers of how small the Transportation ticket and Museum pass are, and possibly provide a small case ( etc) for them? Sensible as well as a bit classy.
Certainly we appreciate all of the info. that was nicely and neatly enclosed as well as the Bateaux tickets, which we will use.
I would recommend getting your Paris tickets this way, ahead of time, while still in the States, and I would definetly look into their other offers for future travel.

We have used The City Case for Paris Metro tickers for 3 years now. It is the same price as the overseas outlets but they offer free shipping and it will be there before you leave.

Cheaper then getting the Paris Pass, Museum Pass and paying for cost of transportation from the Airport and Versailles
Easy to order and no issue receiving the ordered items in Canada.

My Paris Pass came a week earlier than expected and the service was excellent.
