I went here because I could pick various activities rather than a bulk package (with items I'd never use of course). Thus good value. I ordered way too early so there was an understandable delay - the museum pass was changing format. City case told me the same and offered an extra item for my wait. No problem on my end, but how to review when you don't have the item?

City Case is the best for getting passes before traveling abroad.

I bought 3 Paris Museum/Bus packages. Only 2 were found in the Fedex package. Concerned, I emailed City Case. They replied almost immediately and sent me the missing package with no questions asked. They also send me 3 free bus tour tickets to compensate the inconvenience. I will definitely order from City Case again.

I thought for sure that my pass wasn't going to make it to me before I left, but it did! I am so grateful it did too. It was the best money I spent for my trip!

Look no further & don't pass us an opportunity to use City Case. Their products and services are excellent The passes worked great in Paris, and we avoided long lines by going right to the front..no waiting. They even sent another museum pass to our hotel when I forgot one at home. It made our trip. Thank you City Case!

Delightful people to deal with! We were late in ordering but City Case got our passes to us in plenty of time for our Paris vacation!

I received my purchase much earlier than expected; plenty of time to spare before my departure to Paris. The status update emails are nice and informative.

At the time I had ordered the city pass there were some delays but the staff at City Case kept me up to date and made sure that I received information on when it would be shipped to me.

For price and delivery they were wonderful. Apparent ly some delivery glitch occurred, but I was informed right away and they got them to me very quickly. They also give us a little bonus for the problem. We are very excited about visiting Paris and are very much looking forward to this making our visit easier.

Our Paris Museum Passports arrived exactly as promised! Would not only recommend, but insist that friends use The City Case!

This will be better told when our journey is complete, but for now we are very pleased with the package

My friend and I have not yet made our trip to Paris to experience the benefits of the Museum Passes we purchased. However, if all goes as planned according to the information from City Case, we should have a wonderful, easy, and more economical way to visit all the museums and monuments we are eager to see on our trip. City Case was the easiest and most informative site we visited and we have already received our passes and look forward to a fabulous trip. It is so convenient to order what I need through City Case. When I am planning group travel for my school, I know that this part will not be a problem. Every time we have ordered from City Case we receive a well-organized package in a short amount of time.

I love city case! My friend told me about the museum pass for Paris and I ordered on a weekend and had two passes in my hand within 3 days! Magnifique! Love that they guarantee delivery by your departure date.

My order was somehow delayed but upon contacting them, they let me know that to make up for the delay, they would Fed Ex order to me and received the order promptly--KUDOS!!!
